skye: put dog on recharge, so she still has cyclable info but its a bigger commitment to use and slower
tejo: start with two missile charges, can use two at once but they recharge individually on the same cooldown as before, maybe slightly lower, meaning once they're used you only get one back at a time
gekko: make flash travel further over the same total time (so faster essentially), allowing it to be used for info over walls easier

the only problem with forcing it occurs when the players don't know how yoru works or understand the character, which unfortunately happens far more than it should. if you're a professional duelist player signed to a franchised league, you should be putting the time in to learn the ins and outs of the agents. someone looking bad on a character shouldn't really happen, especially if they're extremely meta and ran on multiple maps. it's lowk embarassing from the players who've been "forced" on and look like they've never played him before

you're almost never proactively using util to support your teammates unless ur playing like deadlock
