very doubtful. they probably scrim with chinese teams the most because they play on the same APAC shard but will likely never face off against each other. this applies to most or all Pacific teams
for context, i'm pretty sure all CN teams will scrim using their APAC accounts on HK/TW servers. this is because chinese teams used to play on HK/TW before the CN region got introduced and the CN server is region locked like the KR server.
Meteor and Chronicle are the only people in the world with 2x Masters titles, unless we count LOCK//IN, then it's 23 FNC + Meteor
but meteor isn't on this list why
both scenes will probably be the same
the amount of good looking people in val is probably roughly the same as cs
