  The huge advantage of this system is that team wouldn't be like "Damn, this rotation fuck me", everyone know what to prepare day one, and for the most important event in the year nobody would be advantaged by the mapool, 11 map would be scary, but thats not really "more train", since you've got more bans, and the 4 maps that are come back are already map you have trained for 67% of the year

• We need less T2 region but more sustainable (Maybe 4 max per T2), but to compensate we need amator Tier 3 and 4 everywhere (Tier 3 streamed, Tier 4 not), and less Tier 2 team/Region. North region showed us the way to go. The perfect model would be
  Tier 1 : Continent
  Tier 2 : Server
  Tier 3 : Language (Could be nation in some case, could be more precise server in other case, could be the most flexible tier)
  Tier 4 : Nation

So for exemple lets take the current example of Norway :

• Tier 1 : EMEA
• Tier 2 : EMEA Masters (Not a league, may be a problem for stabiity)
• Tier 2.5 : North-East Europe "T2"
• Tier 4 : Norway national league
  (Note we cant have 1 only T2 for EMEA, But having 7 might be too mush, maybe most of our current T2.5 should be T3, having a region West-med with France, Spain-PT, Maghreb, Italia)

• Tier 1 : APAC
• Tier 2 : SEA (Professionnal and Broadcasted)
• Tier 3 : Thailand Tier 3 (Amatory and Broadcasted : TH-Laos-MM league), this would be the revival of the league that disappear but the SEA fusion
• Tier 4 : Laos national league (No money, no broadcast)

Exemple for French Caribean :

• Tier 1 : AMER

• Split 2 should be 1 single group

• More game for worst team, maybe instead of having 2 random group in split 1 we better have 2 group based on level : So it would work like this
  1. Kickoffs (2 team qualified)
  2. A small tournament with the 10 remaining teams, (Right before or after Master 1)
  3. Split 1 : Upper group : 2 team that did qual to master plus top 4 winners pf the small tournament. Lower : The 6 losers of the small tournmant
  4. Split 2 : 1 and only group
• Because there are 6 more games in split 2 for the best team we need to reduce the number of game for the best team, we can economize 2 series by going swiss instead of double elim bracket in kickoff, for master 2, if we do 8 team double elim instead of swiss we economize 1 game. We can also suppress Lower bracket final vs Winner bracket final in playoffs, because we see more playoffs as a qualifier for international event, more than a real title (So the final feel less important than for example a lower bracket game where thelooser is out and the winner will go to inter)
