if neon runs through wall then they are running through it alone and assuming u have 2 people at least on site then it's just a stupid decision from neon as its then a 1v2.
Also vyse mollies exist

why would cypher be a better counter than vyse to neon??
I mean DRX is the pinnacle of crumbling in important games
scrims don't mean shit and g2 wasn't the same team in the end of 2023 then at the end of 2024. If g2 went striaght from scension to champs I doubt they would do much
thats what stage 1 and kickoff is for.
The point of champs is for the best teams to fight for who's the best itw not to just prove themselves as a good team.
they will just have to finish playoffs sooner.
The gap between upper round 1/lower round 2 and upper final/ lower round 3 is 5-14 days for most regions, they can just do 3 days or smth instead
thats so dumb tho
Asc winners have a very good cahnce of not being strong enough to do well at champs and they will just get stomped when other teams that have proven themselves could go to champs instead. Also they will have very little prep time as even if asc happens before champs then they would be practicing like crazy from before ascensipn, during it, and then during champs.
they have only played mibr and sen out of the big dogs and they beat sen and lost to mibr.
They did get pretty stomped today against mibr but they had the same scoreline against SEN.
Unless u think SEN isn't a big dog you are just wrong
g2 def still have a chance to win. People say this every single grand final and half the time the team that comes from the lower bracket wins
bro kru has played 1 game in playoffs. Deciding how strong a team is after a single loss and ignoring everything else is just idiotic
ascension happens after champs
top 8 is way too much. the tournament would last forever (like 2-3 months)
u would have 32 teams and if they did swiss or something with the fewest games possible then u would still have 77 games including top 8 playoffs and if u play 2 games each day with a few breaks in between some swiss games and playoffs u would still end up with almost 2 months of just 1 valorant tournament. The cost of this would be insane and it's just too many meaningless games.
Only way 32 team system would work would be for single elim like lcok//in but for the biggest tournament of the year to decide who is the best team, single elim just isn't a good format for this.
bro is going through the 5 stages of grief.
first stage: denial
the guy is trolling, he's just posting the link to the pickems tab, not their own individual pickems.
c9 still better than EG. Just playoff curse
I just lost my house
This is somewhat true but is not the main reason why boom lost. Arguably it's more that boom faced a changing DRX and Geng without practice and so they beat them but today they faced a revitalised Geng.
split was one of BMEs worst maps and this year they have been first banning it
if someone is positive almost every game against the top teams then yes this makes them a top tier duelist.
he was positive against pretty much all of the top teams so far this year.
Played SEN 2 times, positve both times
Played MIBR 2 times, positive once (add both games together and he was positive)
Played KRU 1 time, positve that time
So he was positive 4/5 times against the top teams.
Compare cryo with someone like Zekken:
Played Kru 1 time, postive that time
Played G2 3 times, Positive 1 time
Played mibr 1 time, positve that time
Internationally he played 2 games, positive once.
So zekken was positive 4/7 times against the top teams.
his actual igling wasn't good at all tho, probably because no one really knew how to play.
I hope you are ranking these teams by actual igling skill and not just by their skill in comparison with others at the same time
no where near the first time
edit: nvm u mean all 4 teams don't make it. I misread it mb
pretty much every team has a pop-off superstar, especially every top team. This isn't unique to g2 and sen
100t - cryo,
sen - zekken
kru - keznit
g2 - jawgemo
mibr - aspas
v1c shouldnt be top 3 controller and cryo should be top 3 duelist
raze is good asf on lotus. even during masters bangkok half the teams had raze as their duelist and during stage 1 it had a pick rate of 44% in pacific
okay bro, can we not report on random ass rumours
game was announced to be played in a few hours on twitter
he def wont get signed in t1 but he could do alright in sea t2 if he gets signed there
it was more that t1 just had an amazing tournament than it was g2 choking tbh. They were thriving off the momentum they had
bumping a thread at the top of the forum page is crazy work
not many people will remember the fact that talon lost over a month ago to team secret on talons map pick of pearl.
I can barely remember who won what maps for yesterdays games, yet alone over a month ago
most people interpret ur post as u confusing rrq with team secret as often the term "losing" without reference to a specific map would be in the context of losing an entire game/series.
If ur actual intent was to complain about them losing on pearl to team secret then u should mention pearl
I mean either the losing teams play tmmr or the winnning teams play tmmr. I prefer the losing teams but I can see an argument for the winning teams.
Winning teams make it to masters so they are imporatnt matches so they should be given more time to prepare than teams that most likely won't make it (lower round 1 teams).
asuna. bro needs to stop yapping sometimes
this is very true these past 2 years. In 2023 teams would perform better on their map picks way more often.
people laugh at fns bc of his terrible aim and mechanics. He is still on a team bc he is a great igl
fr mini is the goat. above potter in my books.
He's also great at scouting
