Is Emea a fraudulent region?
Except for fnc ofc ❤️
Is Americas a fraudulent region?
Except for sen ofc ❤️
Pacific is perfect tho 3/3
What part of this is bait I’m saying sen deserves respect for beating wolves and blg
BLG and wolves are great teams
BLG beat tl, and wolves stomped th
Looks bad for fnc if the “overrated shitcan” team is beating them doesn’t it
Agreed. Another thing is that he doesn’t usually make mistakes and die for free which is very important when ur a sentinel and playing the weak side.
Idk; nats might prefer igling and staying in Europe, meteor isn’t confident in English, and leafs team has so far (until rn) looked to be the more consistent roster. It’s unlikely these 3 come to sen.
I mean he’s been with the core for many years now, likely is deeply involved with the team dynamic. Getting rid of him unless sen start tanking for a potential upgrade is stupid, we have seen this before with simon and Russ for an example.
Also what t2 sentinel stands out to replace him?
This is pretty important because I feel like players like narrate and bang can get in their heads when they tilt
Elite ball knowledge but aljo is big even for 145 it would be close
Fade is not his strongest agent comparatively so idk
I don’t think g2 is most boring team, they just don’t have a diehard fan base that glazes everything they do so they feel less exciting
Idk man, his rookie year, I didn’t see nearly as many random misplays in certain positions. Like he might throw occasionally, but it’s more likely his entire team fucked up a piece of util or overheated. Nowadays, he will hold a wide angle while solo anchoring a site, swing through a smoke with no util up numbers, etc. just bizarre at times.
Some of the angles he held or fights he took in their last series was baffling. It’s not a onetime occurrence either. He gets away with it because he’s way more mechanically skilled than other players who struggle with the same flaws.
I’ve always felt this, but he might have the worst decision making in tier 1. Perhaps I’m lowballing angel Berlin lysoar and asuna but they lack his mechanical skill and potential. Some of his decisions are absolutely bizarre.
Stop complaining bro we will release another 50 dollar skin bundle with no upgrades, your being ungrateful to our small indie company devs
Cannot understate how legendary that loud optic rivalry was though, 2 teams from 2 different regions meeting in 2 grand finals in the same year. We had crazy moments like Aspas teamkilling in a round 1 elim match in Copenhagen on match point, less dropping 33 in icebox in their first match, sacy dropping 35 in one map in grand finals, so much crazy stuff. I do agree that in terms of actual quality 2023 was more stacked
Will be interesting to see fnc off tejo as well, might be a slightly role conflict between crashies and chron as well, since they got to play tejo/breach, but now one of them will have to be off of sova/fade
I think Kaajak should be fine, dude just got a bad reputation off that one grand finals choke. I’m more worried about chron and especially Alfa being a bit hot and cold.
Can’t wait. I actually think kaajak is low key the best player itw at the moment, I hope he gets to truly shine at Toronto.
The fpx DRX optic and loud games at that tourney are all legendary, each and everyone
Still probably my favorite champs, though champs 2023 comes very close
They had a couple other maps (started 6-0 on breeze vs loud, started 5-0 and 6-0 vs fpx at Copenhagen ) and almost choked a couple other maps as well (10-2 vs loud and 10-2 liquid at champs ending like 13-10, 11-3 vs loud ending 14-12 at Reykjavik ). They threw a lot of leads tbh, which was a bit of a weakness for them. But I agree they did a fantastic job adapting to new metas and maps so they would probably still be good.
For a singular year they were the most dominant team other than fnatic 2023
They won the first lan, got 3rd place at the 2nd lan, and 2nd place at champs. Not only that, but until upper finals at Copenhagen and champions they looked like the team to beat at both tourneys. They also had the most dominant player in the world and 3 other players were arguably the best in their role that year
Without the tejo meta geng look so strong. Tejo meta likely encouraged more exec heavy attack and less retake heavy defense (due to postplant) and geng have a slower attack side and good retakes, so they are really good rn
Are they the best pistol round team? They win double pistols so much, undoubtedly one of their greatest strengths and a very underappreciated thing to have
Pistols come down to aim a lot more than other rounds, it feels like one of those things you either got it or you don’t
Their casting yesterday was absolutely phenomenal
I think their super underrated, I also think they’ve improved slightly
I have them on par with Bren and sideshow
They did have flaws though. They relied very heavily on yay being uberconsistent, and they did choke a lot of leads and match points. They had several strengths (victor neon and yay chamber (+consistency), strong fracture and then strong bind) but they relied extremely heavily on these strengths. At times like champs uf and gf and in Copenhagen you could see what happened when it didn’t work.
They also had slightly questionable mental at times (champs gf, Copenhagen uf/lf, even Reykjavik upper finals)
Geng has a chance if they don’t add new agents. The current meta and 2024 meta suits them better than every other team basically, but tejo really fucked them over. They have the best trading and spacing off most teams, have great map pool and good defaults, and they are really good with pistols on nearly every map.
Agreed. Plus victor is very underrated; he allowed marved and yay to kinda bait and lurk a lot more and allowed marved and fns to mostly stick to their comfort roles in double/triple initiator metas and yay to one trick chamber. Kinda the glue that held the team together.
I’d agree. If yay gets to play on prime chamber (prime optic kinda equals prime chamber) they could compete for a trophy because it’s helps having a guy who basically never goes negative and goes +25 every other game
Prime optic onetricking chamber with prime marved lurks, prime fns calling, and prime crashies clutching would still be good. I doubt they would win a chip but they created neon and chamber meta, adapted to fade meta quickly, and was one of the first teams to figure out pearl. People are underestimating them
Such a great casting duo, I feel like they get less appreciation than panpoc and brenshow but their hype casting and overall casting is really good. They have less iconic moments but their average casting is really engaging
Hello Mr Yukky may I see my card please 🙏
I actually believe that individually sato will be slightly better than canezerra when they both transition to tier 1 but can’t prove that hypothesis until it happens
Just a few things I see from their agent pool and gameplay
I do too and I’m rooting for his resurgence. I still respect tenz and his right to be washed now that he longer gives a fuck about valo 😂
If yay has a resurgence and wins a trophy, absolutely
Otherwise idk what the fuck ur talking about
Individually yays peak was higher than tenz, but tenz’s floor was way higher than yays and he actually had a resurgence
Tenz is giga washed rn and that’s okay
He clearly doesn’t enjoy playing valorant competitively (or at all to a degree) and he should be free to be as shit as he likes
Stats from recent games could also be inflated due to 2 things;
He could have a hot streak of games where he performs well (doesn’t show consistency over time)
And 2; envy are way better than other tier 2 teams. They can setup cane better than other teams, make the round winning call or put him in better positions than other teams, win rounds boosting economy and always allowing cane to have a rifle/op money. This is why a player like avova had great stats on apeks when they were on a streak in tier2 but struggled in tier1 when everything is more competitive.
Looking at all time rating. Don’t want to look at very recent rating since it’s a small sample size and envy is clearly better than other t2 teams (which his future t1 team won’t be)
However, all time stats don’t account for the fact that he has improved recently clearly
With all due respect OXY is worse than Zekken in every way
There both inconsistent with high peaks but Zekken has higher peaks and is more consistent, not to mention mor versatile as well
Not sure why Zekken would leave sen and why he’d be dropped
It’s 1.09 for raze and 1.13 Jett, 1.12 neon and 1.04 yoru. And there’s a pretty massive gap between tier1 and tier2, you gotta be averaging 1.2+rating to be an above avg t1 duelist (using mada as an example)
But I’d agree for sure that he’s gotten way better
Looking at ranked and his previous match history in t2/t3, he’s not good at them either comparatively, even in tier2
He has however improved a lot recently so maybe he’s gotten better at those agents as well
Getting rid of som for ion2x and Ethan for fucking poppin is pretty dumb Ngl
Penny is actually pretty handsome
Not as glorious as my king nats but he’s certainly quite attractive if you can overlook the fr*nch in him
It should be worth noting that we haven’t seen him play raze neon or yoru recently
Overall, iso is his strongest duelist. Being forced off his comfort agent when he plays duelist in tier 1 will lead to a drop off in performance. Not to mention aggressive player tend to struggle more against higher level competition.
He’s very good, but he’s replacing the wrong role and has not igled in the past as far as Ik
This is a pretty shit bait even for your standards XineFaso
How many regional trophies does bro have
Even when fnc were inconsistent internationally they’ve always dominated Emea
Kaajak is so versatile, there’s not one player whose as good as he is at neon yoru raze and Jett
Most other duelists have one or two duelists they aren’t as good at or won’t play
