ok? that doesnt make him a system player? system player is one that plays a specific playstyle that is generally unorthodox but that fills a specific role for the team (for example how demon1 would play jett on ascent, but would often solo lurk mid and play like a sentinel)
cryo being a passive jett doesnt make him a system player, it just makes him a flex that plays a passive jett

the devs also said that project a values gunplay. being able to nuke out hookah or split b backsite, and following it up with grenades/mollies/shockdarts heavily devalues gunplay and instead prioritizes just spamming the map with damage
sen 2023, nrg 2024, bld 2024, c9 2023, etc. these are only since franchising, before you could consider a lot more teams "superteams" if you factored cs history (which was a major factor back in the day for seeing how good teams would be!)

demon1 looked like prime tenz, ethan was NA's best support, marved was a top level smokes and considered optics best player, crashies is widely considered a very consistently good initi by the former optic players, and victor was also solid (idk man i cant glaze victor)
both vit and bleed are an amalgamation of star players from past years playing on teams that are not comming in their first language, as well as playing in different styles altogether. Sayf has never igled or played smokes for a consistent period of time, less never played on an english team, and derke was a system player.
Tl on the other hand did everything right. They got rid of all the players that had little to no potential, and that clearly didnt fit into the team. they replaced them with kamo, who although didnt do great on koi is young and def looks like he could be very good. Pati is a very flexible player who played flex on th, but also was able to slot in with different players and still perform. And kamyk was one of emea t2 best players and brought a lot of hype to joblife. They are doing what teams like kc and th did early last year that got them to madrid.

the chinese teams are going to get a lot better this year, edg cant just rely on being top dog anymore
they won all the gfs, but they lost a lot of games in between to not good teams.
acend had a not bad but inconsistent year, locked in for champs, and kept their roster but wondered why they couldnt replicate the results in 2022
edg is already faltering in off season events (yeah ik its trolling in part) but i think that their champs performance was when chichoo and smoggy were at their best, plus people couldnt counter their lotus. coming into 2025, theres going to be a lot more national competition, meaning edg cant coast like they did before, and internationally they cant rely on good performance from individual players to carry them anymore

Man I love tmv but god damn does he have the most basic tastes. Like I get it fnc, vit, and th are all safe choices, but having the teams with big names and went to champs last year be your best really isnt going to play out accurately, look especially at last year. I mean for goodness sake look at vit, they are like the same as nrg 2024 or bld 2024, just bc they have less and derke now doesnt mean that they will magically win every game.
