I don't really fw lcq that's why I suggested an alternative method. LOCK//IN format is fine but then we are left with just 1 slot so I just thought about giving the rest of the 2 slots just based on competitiveness

Grand finalists from stage 2 automatically qualify from each region
1 team qualifies through champs points accumulated throughout the season from each region
1 extra slot are given to the regions which win the masters trophies (2 slots in total here)
For the rest 2 slots, they will also be based on champs points but the catch is that whichever top 2 regions are the most competitive will get them. There can be different ways to measure competitiveness, but my suggestion is to look at how close the groups are in each region. Like suppose if a region has groups in which bottom 3-4 teams in their groups have the same amount of W/L, that region should be deemed more competitive rather than a region in which groups are almost complete blowouts like americas rn
