2nd best CIS team "randoms"
Stfu

Unlike CSGO, retakes are actually possible in Valorant. More utility to work with + more time on the clock + incredible half-defuse feature.

Not to mention that everybody has same guns, it's not like you try to retake with inferior M4A4 when terrorists have superior AK-47s.

Won't last long... stanislaw is coming.

Yes, Breeze is like Inferno of Valorant. You need to depend on your teammates to anchor site properly, otherwise round is lost. Overall trash map.

Nice idea
You want 2 raze mains in Guild and no IGL at all

This site starts to remind me of HLTV

Even if it happens teams will be 100% saving strats for VCT and not doing their best

After this news, i couldn't believe my eyes, my whole life fell apart, what would my life be after finding out that EU wasn't actually beating NA? oh no, my eyes started shaking and watering, my heart was beating so fast i might've punctured and bruised my lungs from the sheer volume of blood coming into my heart trying to fix what was broken, i feel betrayed by the lord and savior Derke... i think i developed trust issues with people as a whole, quite possibly even my mom... now i have ptsd and my life is sad and bad, i'm crying so much i might vomit and poop right now on the carpet... not Fnatic..... now reflect... where were u when EU die

Ukrainian scene in shambles...

Anyway russian-speaking superteam:

Ange1 - astra / viper + IGL
Derke - jett / sova
sheydos - sage / raze
nats - cypher / viper
Chronicle - skye / sova

posted about 2 years ago

Acend are very close to dropping their IGL and last time they played - lost to Vitality 0-2 with only 2 of their players doing something
FPX always choke in the most important matches, let alone LAN final against the best NA team lmao

Fnatic is the best EU can offer, 2nd best is Gambit

posted about 2 years ago

LMAO what a braindead opinion.

By this logic let's invite 1 NA, 1 EMEA, 1 BR team, and rest 13 from Japan. Cuz why not, strongest team will win it all anyway. Why even bother creating opportunities for Turkey and CIS to shine right?

posted about 2 years ago

Why the hell NA more spots than EU are you fucking ok?
Sentinels hasn't won the final just yet, Version1 is 5th-6th whereas both EU teams are in the top-4 of Reykjavik. So far EU is doing better so please stfu.

I can tell you what's really wasted - 4 Champions slots for Bronzil + Latam

India + South Asia only show up in last chance, there is no such thing as "wasted", they will have to compete with 2nd-3rd korean teams to qualify

posted about 2 years ago

Go to waste?
Man they already earned minimum 350 points and are ahead of everyone in EMEA circuit run.
If they qualify to Berlin and even don't get into top-8, they will still proceed to Champions, regardless of how well other EMEA teams stand out.

posted about 2 years ago

If Corona didn't happen Navi would take at least 1 major win, considering that we literally skipped 3 majors (Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021). There is no way Astralis would win them all, they are too old and a bit washed up. And other teams are just not as good as Navi, let alone LAN environment which would cause Heroic / Gambit to choke.

posted about 2 years ago

Man I still can't forget that L1NK 1v4 on Bind B when it was 11-10 BDS... That round could have changed the entire history.

posted about 2 years ago

Dunno why they can't just make Champs with 20 teams, 2 more slots for EMEA and 2 more for NA
And with group stage format, 4 groups per 5 teams, 2 from each group advance to double elim bracket

posted about 2 years ago

Now I have to hope that Lulquid / Fnatic won't qualify to Berlin.
They already have huge points advantage from Iceland, if they make it to Masters 3 they will be the ones who go to Champs by EMEA circuit.

Gambit win, goat nAts MVP

posted about 2 years ago

I agree but CIS isn't getting a slot any time soon, as much as I want it to happen. Turkey will though, probably starting from next season.

posted about 2 years ago

Still I feel like 4 for South America out of 16 Champs teams is too much lmao, EMEA and NA both get 3 while being more competitive (we saw it at this event)

posted about 2 years ago

Btw there will be 3 from Brazil at Champions, assuming that they beat Latam in LCQ. Lol. I hope Riot change slots.

CIS*

posted about 2 years ago

So by your logic Crazy Raccoon > Gambit? Sharks > Gambit? KRU > Gambit?

Btw Fnatic and Liquid players have worse aiming skills (on average) than Gambit.

Gambit vs Sentinels

By far the 2 teams in the world with the biggest firepower

Just because Riot loves Brazil and gives your region too many slots at all events doesn't mean that Brazil is strong.

And by the way those are not YOUR achievements, those are PLAYERS' achievements, stop acting like "haha brazil 5 world cups ukraine 0 world cups haha ukraine trash".

posted about 2 years ago

Ебанутые бразильцы думают, что если им на халяву дали слотов на Исландии, то они уже команды мирового уровня. А на деле помойка.

posted about 2 years ago

Just to let you know, Gambit is stronger than Sharks and most likely even VKS, they aren't on Iceland because EMEA is lacking slots

At least our russian teams adapt to meta well, unlike brazilian contenders who run omen + raze on icebox lmao

Ok

KR > EU > BR

So 7 spots for EMEA is too much but 7 spots for Asia is fine?

Btw I put MENA there just for diversity, otherwise 3 EU + 1 TR + 1 CIS is justified.

Also the winner of Masters 3 qualifies to Champs, so if NA is so good then SEN win Masters 3 and "free" 1 circuit spot for other NA teams.

posted about 2 years ago

Champions: 24 teams instead of current 16

Europe - 3 circuit, Turkey - 1 circuit, CIS - 1 circuit, MENA - 1 circuit, EMEA last chance - 1 spot
Overall EMEA - 7 spots at Champions

North America - 3 circuit, Oceania - 1 circuit, NA + OCE last chance - 1 spot
Overall NA + OCE - 5 spots at Champions

Brazil - 2 circuit, Latin America - 1 circuit, BR + LATAM last chance - 1 spot
Overall SA - 4 spots at Champions

SEA - 2 circuit, Korea - 2 circuit, Japan - 1 circuit, India - 1 circuit, Asia last chance - 1 spot
Overall Asia - 7 spots at Champions

7 + 5 + 4 + 7 = 23, plus Masters 3 winner which makes it 24. And every single region gets represented well.

posted about 2 years ago

Ah yes, it's completely fine to give EMEA 3 slots and Japan 2 slots lmao

Nice opinion you have

posted about 2 years ago

I can assure you that Turkey has 5x more skill than Japan, Latin America and in some terms even Brazil, cuz Turkish teams keep up with the meta and always try to evolve in order to beat stronger EU teams, unlike VKS or Sharks who sit in their bubbles and are afraid to change anything

posted about 2 years ago

Riot wrote somewhere that they might make changes to future slot allocations based on Reykjavik learnings.

Now that we see how #2 BR team is underperforming, maybe 2 circuit slots for BR at Champions is too much? Don't get me wrong, they will still get 1 circuit spot and most likely 1 from Last Chance qualifier, so there will be 2 Brazilian teams at Champions. I'm assuming that 2nd BR team will beat 2nd LATAM team in Last Chance.

But I feel like 3 for BR is just not it, cuz we can see that EMEA and NA both get 3 as well while being quite stronger regions. Same can be said about SEA honestly, they get 2 for Champs for unknown reasons.

posted about 2 years ago

Brazilian teams are so strong that they don't even need to use Viper on Icebox or try to adapt to meta in any way, they go for Omen to assert dominance and give way to weaker regions, including NA and EU

Absolute gigachads

posted about 2 years ago

There is last chance qualifier, Brazil will have 3 insane strong teams at Champions Kapp

posted about 2 years ago

No doubts 👍
VKS - Sharks Iceland final, VKS - FURIA Berlin final, VKS - Gamelanders Champions final

posted about 2 years ago

Wow ironic

posted about 2 years ago

Sacy said in an interview that they didn't plan any changes to meta and gonna keep playing all the same stuff they used in Brazil

If he isn't lying, rest in peace Vikings lol

posted about 2 years ago

G2, Fnatic, Gambit and Blaze will qualify to Berlin

Liquid won't be able to maintain form and soon drop out of top-5 EMEA

I'm calling it now

posted about 2 years ago

You alright? Calls our region as the "most excuses" one, can't win an argument, and sticks with strat "meet me irl pussy". What a clown.

https://www.hltv.org/forums/threads/2354456/mibr-excuses-list-100

Brazilians always have the most excuses.

Btw aren't you the guy who said that South American teams are superior in terms of aim? LMAO.

After watching these "international" matches I came to the conclusion that the highest quality Valorant one can ever see - EMEA Challengers Finals

Btw if Riot don't give us more slots all Masters are going to be like this - playground for 2-3 EU teams and for some occasional Sentinels

posted about 2 years ago

Hope they won't give Brazil so many slots anymore... Hope this mistake doesn't happen again...

Why do I feel like even KRU is a more solid team than VKS while watching this match?

posted about 2 years ago

Stop making fun of NA, they are the second best wildcard this year and it took these players work and dedication to stand next to real teams from real regions. This is a step closer for NA to be recognized as the best wildcard region.
