Takes one bad generation to have regions and countries go from the top of the world to no ones, e.g. sweden and now denmark, france in CS, eu in LoL, CIS in Dota (before Spirit TI win). When val gets older it will likely get a dominating region as well

spraying is a skill of its own inside of CS, tapping is pretty much pistols + long range, spray is close and mid range as well
