Well that has more to do with valorant being younger. Takes one bad generation to have regions and countries go from the top of the world to no ones, e.g. sweden and now denmark, france in CS, eu in LoL, CIS in Dota (before Spirit TI win). When val gets older it will likely get a dominating region as well

spraying is a skill of its own inside of CS, tapping is pretty much pistols + long range, spray is close and mid range as well

ngl, I think Leclerc will win Hamilton in H2H

posted about a year ago

would be funny if max wins the 5th in a 4th car now :D
2021: closest battle in the 14 years
2022: Biggest point swing won
2023: domination
2024: retaining a lead with an utter shitbox
2025: Alonso 2012 on crack

posted about a year ago

are we sure that the rbr won't build a shitbox?

posted about a year ago

now lev can surely win an international lan when they play 6v5

posted about a year ago

if he somehow wins a 5th next year I am 120% convinced he is the goat

posted about a year ago

any chance trackers have a hs/kill graph as well or no?

posted about a year ago

so in val it's basically hs/bullet shot and in cs it's hs/kill

posted about a year ago

yeah see that's the reason I dislike the shooting :D Like in CS, if I don't kill I understand that ''oh shit yeah I did whiff a spray'' or ''well I kinda microadjusted last second'' but in valorant i have this paranoia that what I did was fine and some bullshit RNG happened

posted about a year ago

if yay pulled 1.25 rating, M0nesy could pull 1.6 easily

posted about a year ago

That kinda makes sense and kinda doesn't to me.

posted about a year ago

oh is it? That kinda explains it

4 am queue + verified search + no supermatch = ez streamer farm

posted about a year ago

I misunderstood your question because I have thought I mentioned I had 66% hs in cs, not in val (don't enjoy the shooting mechanic too much), 4 hours of sleep kicking in

posted about a year ago

and higher chance of playing with pros/streamers at my elo now :D

posted about a year ago

I wonder what hs% he would have if he grinded CS instead, probably around 54-58 is my guess

posted about a year ago

third party tracker of a third party platform :D

posted about a year ago

insert brain_fart go to last 50 games, albeit I was kinda ass last few games :D
oh and correction, I don't play val, I was talking about cs, just seen a few people mention in this thread https://www.vlr.gg/424653/is-this-guy-legit-or-cheating that >35% hs is sus

posted about a year ago

I would probably enjoy val way more if the shooting mechanics were as in CS, strafing and shooting just doesn't feel as good

posted about a year ago

I mean I play at relatively high ranks and utility spam + smoke spam happens at every choke point at every full buy, I have a 66% hs rate cuz I abuse low sens

posted about a year ago

is registration different or something? I am really surprised to see it lower, given that the hitbox is slightly bigger

posted about a year ago

What hs% is considered high in valorant, just curious to compare it in cs, where above 55% is high, but I have seen people say 30% is high in val?

posted about a year ago

F1 has been hyping up the Title Fight since Miami. Max gained points on Lando since then :D

posted about a year ago

CS Go had it's first back to back 3 years after the first major, Dota in year 8-9 and Lol in year 5-6 I believe

posted about a year ago

CS is the most brainless sport to exist by rules

posted about a year ago

When do we think it will happen?
For reference, CS got their first back to back winners in fnatic in 2015
LoL had their first back to back worlds winner in 2016
Dota had their first back to back TI winner in 2019.
So when can we realistically expect a double champ winner, or can we even?

''other live action hero shooters get far more frequent and impactful updates while valorant barely changes.''
really liked those updates in siege, and ubi's earthbreaking idea of '' if it's fun, it's broken''

posted about a year ago

I trust Riot to balance an fps with agents more than I have ever trusted Ubi or Blizzard

cologne, major, chengdu, dallas, rio all peak wtf

posted about a year ago

but that's just a reality of franchising

posted about a year ago

how the fuck are teams burn out with 3 LANs in a year?

posted about a year ago

I would argue that an astralis era has done more good than bad for cs, 2019 scene has been incredibly good before covid

posted about a year ago

franchising has its problems, but not the ones you described

posted about a year ago

meta changes prevent eras

posted about a year ago

They are playing in fucking off season, that's like grading Football Teams by friendlies

posted about a year ago

5 rounds into the off season boys and girls :D

goat FPS region for a reason

posted about a year ago

long term past and short term past are two different things. since scream has left there have been 5 different majors, 4 new major winner orgs, dozens of new players entering top 20, plenty of new orgs debuting at tier 1 events, meta changing, etc. That's like asking if you worked out this day or 3 years ago, does the work out 3 years ago hold relevance today? there have been way more accomplished players also falling off, dupreeh, magisk, snax, pasha, taz, neo, stewie2k, autimatic, kennys, fallen, coldzera, fer, olofmeister, guardian, NBK, kioshima, electronic, flamie, get_right, f0rest, JW, Flusha, etc

posted about a year ago

well it's pretty much m4a1-s from cs but on crack. Like firepower is slightly higher, that shit has 30 bullets + insta hs until 20 metres + better spray pattern +accuracy, vandal is literally useless :D

posted about a year ago

most of his events come in 2016-2017, that was 8 years ago, move past that unc.

posted about a year ago

run and gun nerfed, phantom buffed, holy shit Ws.

posted about a year ago

these stats are irrrelevant, his stats dropped with every year of competition, 1.01 on lan against tier 2 is not good (https://www.hltv.org/stats/players/7390/scream?startDate=2019-01-01&endDate=2019-12-31&matchType=Lan), 0.98 against top 30, which is pretty much the upper tier 2 level, is bad (https://www.hltv.org/stats/players/7390/scream?startDate=2019-01-01&endDate=2019-12-31&rankingFilter=Top30), from 1.30 in 2012 to 1.17 in 2013 to then dropping to around 1.1 with all the big event filters

posted about a year ago

come on bro, he was one of the first arrivals, played at tier 1 from 2012 to 2017, then played at random stacks, last org was gamerlegion where he posted a mid 1.05 rating, no one gives a crap rn about his heroics during grandpa days

posted about a year ago

washed in CS, the only teams I can see picking him up are some tier 4 teams whose whole gimmic is just ''legendary player + 4 randoms''

posted about a year ago

afaik turks have one of the worst visa situations among europeans (with russians taking number 1).

posted about a year ago

Either ange1 pulls a zeus 2018 and resurrects the org or Navi valorant joins their brotherly team in navi dota

posted about a year ago

he is actually a 2nd most notable Moldova pro player in any big game, 1st one was Save from Dota

posted about a year ago

I mean now it's joever, most kids are either at brawl stars or pubg or CS

posted about a year ago

I will forever remember ubi's genius fix of jaeger, from a fun playable character in a mid game to a shit character who is totally useless
