LOUD AND PROUD 🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥 (I am borderline schizophrenic cuz GayBen gave us skins and not subtick improvements
the only good thing i liked about this update were the animations, they made the experience better. Still, they teased netcoding, nothing happened .
cs esports is better imho because it doesn't depend on the developer and CS is now open circuit, unlike the franchising model
well riot are just better at advertizing their games
skincells throwing the game evolution, watch them eat up this update and say that the game is better now. played 4.5k hours in CS, so I guess I am qualified enough to say what the game is lacking
my beloved org getting roasted by bronzilians, navi are so cooked outside of CS.......
bad is an understatement :)
I have my questions towards c9 and eg as well
well I come from a region where dota is a more popular game, so watching TI every year is a tradition for me
6 kills in 24 minutes at GEN.G vs Weibo, zzzzzzzzzzz
Derke will be another player to retire, he will pursue the career in Deadlock, sources say he will join Vitality's deadlock lineup!
worst shit is that I have beaten my nemesis PSG in the semis, so I pretty much thought I have won.
ah yes, the infinite pain of any sports manager game. Time to trauma dump some football manager
My starting XI for VfB Stuttgart costed around 800 mil, my two strikers were Balon D'or winners, My midfield was elite, My wingbacks outscored some strikers in G+A, My goalkeeper had like 20 clean sheets, I was undefeated at Bundesliga and broke the record for most points ever (which was set by myself a year ago). I lost to fucking Ajax in a UCL Final. I swear I could have added Aliens from Space Jam as my subs and I would have still lost
my brain is so fucked because I laughed at that shit
ok, if you go by earnings Heretics fuck off all the way back out of top 10. There are 6 orgs in cs which won more than TH (navi, spirit, mouz, vitality, faze, g2), a few orgs in dota (GG, Falcons, Spirit, Liquid to name a few), I am sure other games have 1-2 orgs with bigger earnings. Therefore, there should only be EDG from valorant
g2 has niko and malbs now, donk only has sh1ro who is a well known choker, zont1x is now a bot ,magixx and chopper aren't tier 1, Donk is literally 1v9
so now earnings matter the most?
wait, 100k 12 hours before the game, I didn't understand it a bit
no fucking way they are pulling the same shit as in cs.....
but I do think donk has the best CV. If CS had the Value over Replacement like big sports, Donk would have astronomical numbers.
best players left the region
orgs are restarted
best talent is either gatekept by age or nepotism
seems like the perfect recipt for a dead region
that's like yatoro's worst year out of the 4 💀
funniest shit is that he is the candidate here yet he lost the breakthrough of the year award to malr1ne cuz ''malr1ne had more wins with falcons in dota than donk with spirit' yet donk is present at the overall player of the year while malr1ne isnt
https://x.com/esportsawards/status/1839409967071105105
wtf are tenz and yatoro doing there?
you cannot be the best without winning anything, simple as that.
Team of the year is up for grabs, liquid from dota and navi from cs have won the biggest events in the year at their games but both haven't been winning constantly (albeit navi made a strong case by getting 5 finals in a row while winning 2 of them)
If navi were somewhat competitive in valorant, being like top 3 emea, you could say navi vs fnatic. NaVi's first big win as an org was defeating fnatic at ESWC 2009, so their beef is 15 years old now
superteam should only be applied if these are all five players in their natural best roles who have no ego issues before, which has like a 0.01% chance
Being a better player =/ more well known
some people know Tenz without watching a single VCT game, that just shows who is well known, and that's what being ''a face of the game'' is
but vitality also had to resort to signing two free players ( or one with a low buy) to change anyone. And they might look into selling one of their players to buy a star, so they aren't in a huge plus.
Also, just curious, what's the average monthly salary in val?
I know that buyouts are insanely different, wtih cs setting 600k for someone like m0nesy even before his pro debut, and I have heard tier 2 players have like 80k and it is considered a lot
are they though? They had to lose a major winning coach and support player because they couldn't afford a pay rise in CS, not sure that they are rich rich
non-representative status + not paying taxes in russia
well other regions seem to be trending upwards this year. m80, col, liquid, wildcard, nouns, pain, 9z, imperial, red candids, mongolz, talon
nah all good G, interesting post
EG and c9 are well known
sentinels were begging for a money injection in 2023
100t said that they wouldn't enter esports if they started from scratch (the best situation probably)
nrg had chet taking a pay cut to afford the buy out
I just wonder why rank Liquid based on their original HQ and G2 are not given the same treatment. Basically they are the only org who have a lineup not in their home region
but then why the fuck is G2 classified as American from OP? it's where the org is from, not their lineup, that would make Navi a german org as well
they are From utrecht originally ,and I am sure that G2 are originally from Berlin/Madrid
CS community somehow built their own ecosystem of events with only majors being from valve and valve just said ''yeah, you are doing fineI guess'' and made CS events open circuit so that the system can regulate itself with like 8 TOs. and it will somehow work out
