When the same players of a scene were all apart of the problem in one game and the majority of them switched to another and the same problems are occurring. Clearly there is a problem. Things won’t change unless the players mindsets change and I currently don’t see that happening.

He’s probably gonna remain in CS and just coach na talent. Maybe be the new complexity coach? Or extra salt.

Merry Belated Christmas Phamous.

NA CS isn’t dead though. Just a rebuilding phase. The Liquid signing is big though with oSee being the top prospect in CS rn. I think c9 will come back when there are consistent lan events year around. You’re right Valorant isn’t going anywhere but NA Val At least is heading into the same direction as the NA CS scene. Players in the scene creating a bubble with the same players cycling between rosters. No one new given a chance. Players care more about egos and reputation rather than winning. Streaming is good but you can’t full time stream and be a pro at the same time.

Ranked in Valorant is no better realistically. I don’t even play mm hardly anymore. It’s broken in NA. I just play faceit.

It’s funny. Those who call people frogs tend to be a frog themselves. This site is filled with kids like that. However, can’t have the standards too high. It is the Valorant community after all.

Cs be living rent free

Would make sense because of how trendy Valorant is especially in a big streamer region like NA with a lot of content creators. Nearly every big pro in NA streams as well.

Valorant YouTubers tend to post just short clips of streamers. I see them recommended to me all the time.

Blast hasn’t released a schedule for 2022 yet. Esl anaheim is the first event which EG isn’t in. EG isn’t in Katowice either so.

posted about 2 years ago

Player break for cs, he doesn’t have any events till pro league which is still awhile away. Most likely joining EG, just playing for fun. Probably needs a mental break from cs with all the liquid stuff going on.

Good to know. If it makes any difference. I live in northern Canada and the lowest ping I get to the North American servers is 40-50. If I queue East coast servers. People who live across the Atlantic get lower ping to servers than I do lol even though I live n the same continent.

Merry Christmas

Same can be said in like any lower rank in any game. I swear gold players on Valorant are better than diamonds. I have the same problem on CS. I queue against shitty lvls 3-4s and somehow they drop 25. No game sense or brain but have somewhat decent aim or they just accident you. Just play like headless chickens.

I know, doesn't mean he still doesn't have potential. He was contracted with Vitality and had to wait to be bought out or contract expire. His comment of him saying "he doesn't want to live in his brother's shadow didn't age that well though."

posted about 2 years ago

Really hard to like Sentinels with their fanbase tbh. Same with 100T.

posted about 2 years ago

Nivera still has so much potential if he decided to switch back but I don’t see it happening yet till scream and him aren’t on the same team.

Autimatic is leaving
Brax and steel would leave if they weren’t valve banned
People are saying Ethan is gonna leave but I don’t know about that. I don’t see any of the NA CS pros really coming back to cs still the NA Valorant bubble bursts or all of the former cs players are pushed out. Not saying they are bad but a lot of them are washed or failed.

My problem with NA VAL is that it’s the same inner circle bubble that NA cs had. Same players cycling between rosters hoping one will finally work.

Former Furia player ablej is switching to Valorant so maybe him?

The only problem with the up vote down vote is people who are emotional will tend to down vote things even if what they person is saying is true.

That’s just my opinion at least.

B1t had a fantastic year but it surely helps when you got s1mple and electronic on your team as well. Not to take anything away from him. I think zywoo had the best year individually though.

posted about 2 years ago

No it’s bad when the majority of the pros who are coming are washed and failed cs pros looking for easy pay checks. Instead of new players getting a chance, it’s the same players we’ve seen in CS creating the same bubble that they created in NA CS.

posted about 2 years ago

The simple solution is if you’re a fan of them. Follow who you like in both cs and Valorant. Brehze still has so much potential in CS, would be a waste if he switched.

+1
One thing I’ve never liked about NA VAL is that they poach hard for cs players. I mean look at 95% of the pros in NA. They’re all from cs and we’re signed due to their former background/status in CS. It’s sad because it’s created the same bubble in NA CS had that now NA VAL has.

Going to EG most likely

It’s okay to say Hiko is washed lol. You think they would have gone farther if they didn’t have steel? I think it’s the other way around. Without steel they bombed out of the LCQ. Steel wasn’t the problem and he didn’t fail.

Crashies is better than Hiko.

posted about 2 years ago

Uh if you want to win then performance is what matters. I get he has a following but if that’s the case just make him a streamer lol.

You seem mad

100t was poaching

posted about 2 years ago

Hiko isn’t terrible but there are better options out there. Fanboys will never admit it but it’s okay. It’s just my opinion.

posted about 2 years ago

Don’t take this the wrong way because I like Hiko but he needs to go if they want results. I’m sorry but he is washed. Maybe if he wants to be a coach for the team.

Why are you mad at the world

posted about 2 years ago

Realistically
Hiko (should get dropped imo)
Asuna
Ethan
Ec1s
Last could be anyone. Saw things about Brehze staying in CS. Possibility of cned maybe? Who knows.

I’m not denying. I’m just saying he gets good numbers streaming cs as well (his watch party numbers for the major was insane as well)with Stewie and the content gang. Around or close to the same numbers. Just in Valorant has a lot of hype in NA rn. He streams really late at night and a bunch of degens watch him (can’t stand his new following tbh) which is fine because he makes a shit ton of money and it’s easy content.

posted about 2 years ago

During the player break he was getting 8k viewers steaming cs with Stewie peaking at 10k. Rn streaming VAL he gets a lot of viewers because he streams at degen hours and gets a lot of the kids during summer who stay up all night. Pretty smart if you ask me.

posted about 2 years ago

Wont happen lol

posted about 2 years ago

Tarik said if he were going to go pro again it would be in CS not val. But he is dedicated to streaming rn so it won’t happen.

It is actually very easy to get running kills on every map besides Breeze. You can just run around corners with a phantom and there is a good chance you can get a kill by doing so. Not as likely with the Vandal but still can do it.

It is easier to hit heads in Valorant because the size of the hitboxes. The hitboxes in valorant are pretty big compared to other games like cs or r6.

You can say gun skill is subjective but you can't deny the fact it is a lot easier to get kills and aim in Valorant than it is in CS. Riot made Valorant more casual and noob friendly. The mechanics of the game are quite dumbed down making it easier to get good at it and master compared to other games. That is what I mean by gun skill is higher in CS. It is harder to master the AK, M4, than it is to master the Vandal or Phantom. If we were talking about raze satchels, there is some comparison there. I suck ass with those.

But if what you mean by difficult is convoluted than csgo definitely takes the cake bc no way in hell am I learning twenty lineups for just one spot. And I can see why people like finding knowledge and just trying that stuff out but I personally just like the ability interactions and the simplified movement. <-- Everything you said here I agree

If 10-20 years everyone is dashing around like prod than idk. I would lose hope tbh. Prod is a meme I dont want to sound rude but idk how people watch him. He is like moe but of Valorant and less toxic.

You get away with more in Valorant and the game is more forgiving. Yes it is up to the enemy to punish you. But typically playing dumb guarantees you no success in CS. In Valorant, kids in immortal and diamond play like a headless chicken and just be an idiot but get rewarded and have success.
Ex: You can't just w key in CS like you can in Valorant.

Yeah I’ve been playing cs since late 2016. Played it on and off (I actually didn’t play cs or touch my pc at all back when c9 won the major or liquid grand slam ironically enough because I’m NA) and I’ve played Valorant on and off since beta. I play both games so I got a decent or good understanding for the games. I find it funny those who accuse people of being cs frogs tend to be frogs themselves for Valorant. Fanboys in each game suck.

posted about 2 years ago

Yes he is technically
He isn’t banned from tournament organizers events but he’s still banned from Valve ran things. No t1 team will sign him if he can’t play in the major. Same goes with steel.

posted about 2 years ago

He doesn’t want to go pro in Val, even if he wanted to. He is dedicated to streaming right now and makes easy money from subs and donations. Especially from his fortnite generation viewers.

posted about 2 years ago

He said on stream if he were to go pro again it would be in CS. He’s just dedicated to streaming right now. Makes a shit ton of money from it.

“Becomes a tragic e boy”

Haha I’m dead
There are too many eboys/e girls in val. So many edgy edaters. Couple times a week I get some e couple where the e girl plays sage and only heals her beloved eboy who is either Jett or Reyna.
