Not really, in China its all Glue sniffers level teams past XLG, in Pacific down to DFM its still a decent level being played which is well past half the teams.
EMEA is pretty glue sniffy tho you not wrong there, tho it still isnt remotely as bad as China half way down

Dude SEN fans are truly a different level of stupid, holy shit.
Im gonna assume your first language isnt english cause if it is the American education system has truly failed you

posted about a year ago

Im not even a TL fan lmao, keep your chin up tho lil bro, one of your rage baits will work

posted about a year ago

Yea so youre assuming them to perform like they did at champs or at the very least significantly more impressive than they were in China.
If anything I think EDG are the most likely to win it all if all of SEN DRX and VIT dont play to their usual levels cause EDG has a pretty decently high skill floor most of the time unlike the rest of those teams

posted about a year ago

Its true though, Liquid look far more impressive than China teams atm, the way he conveyed it by using h2h as evidence is stupid but nonetheless hes right

posted about a year ago

you might need to read again who was doing the baiting lil bro, youre actually giving me second hand embarassment

posted about a year ago

Liquid arent inconsistent though, they very clearly got better overtime and got over their nervousness. The reason they were so unready to go against the other tier 1 teams is because they only scrim their academy roster. They dont get play against other top tier pros.
After all those games they played and they changed their horrendous sage comps they improved massively and very definitively play in a way that isnt even measurable to what they were doing before. Even at the end of the Vitality game they didnt look nearly as bad as they did during the beginning of kickoff, it was mostly that they ran out of ideas on those maps since Vitality had a 2 map veto against Liquid. If anything its impressive they were able to anti Vitalities 2 best maps and win against them on those 2 maps

posted about a year ago

I mean i definitely wouldnt rule them out considering they always play worse regionally but im just making an educated guess based on their history and how difficult it is for a team to keep up the kind of performance EDG had especially in this current util heavy meta

posted about a year ago

Not a single team in china likely not even EDG would beat TL in a BO3 with the way they were playing past the BBL match. I think China as a whole has leveled up but they started so low that its irrelevant to the discussion. Try be less emotional if youre gonna claim youre not falling for a rage bait cause its clearly obvious you did fall for it

posted about a year ago

I mean sure thats plausible but im talking more in terms of just firepower and cohesiveness, they looked off on all the maps past map 3

posted about a year ago

SEN being at a 2 map disadvantage (both of said maps being very good SEN maps) and still bringing G2 to 5 maps and almost making a comeback on Haven which is very obviously their perma alongside Frac makes your bait wildly obvious, do a little better on the next one lil bro

posted about a year ago

They have only ever been on form for 3 consecutive matches in their entire history, i think its safe to assume that they wont be reaching those levels again anytime soon and if they do it wont be a very often occurence. I think people overrate the addition of Simon cause while he is good, they werent nearly as impressive as those last 3 games at champs for the entire time he was there

posted about a year ago

EDG has never been in peak form aside from Champs tho, its not realistic to assume their crazy sudden uptick in performance at champs is something they will ever replicate.
But i do agree it has always been the strats that make the difference, i was just saying that when teams match them in terms of fragging, they have nothing to fall back on because their strats are very simple readable and rely heavily on good mid rounding

Rob Moore is always like this hes just weird

posted about a year ago

why? The chinese circuit is filled with trash half way down

posted about a year ago

chill out brother, china sucks make it more believable

posted about a year ago

NAH NO WAY THAT FIRST ONES TOO GOOD IM DEAD

posted about a year ago

Rob is just old Nadeshot, hes weird and doesnt see that SEN fans are just as unhinged as the G2 bandwagoners

posted about a year ago

We havent seen any peak in months so I guess ive just been dealing with it ever since champs

posted about a year ago

name me 3 reasons why its better, you rlly do be yapping with 0 knowledge

posted about a year ago

Because EDG havent really proven anything aside from massive potential firepower which has always been their schtick. They can outfrag a lot of teams and that showed against TE, they were massively reliant on a lot of individual duels and cltuch plays.
Against all the 3 teams i put above them itll be hard for them to win (aside from G2 maybe) but against everyone underneath them it doesnt matter how lacking their strategic depth is, they can completely stomp from firepower alone.
Thats why EDG was always 8th in every event before Champs where all their players peaked at the same time, they used to not know what to do against teams that matched their firepower and had more strategic depth

posted about a year ago

youre blind and stupid, "this is way worse" "you barely changed anything"

posted about a year ago

Americas should be higher since SEN 100t loud and KRU are ranked way too low on this list. Not to mention Furia and 2G dragging them down

posted about a year ago

G2 looked completely the same as the entirety of kickoff during that grandfinals dont even try lie to yourself. Even in the upper finals when sen played like straight dogshit G2 managed to lose and were close to losing so many crucial rounds however they just won off fragging cause sen couldnt hit a single shot or play a single clutch scenario.
G2 are not that good but that doesnt mean SEN arent the best second seed, especially considering how fast they improve historically, i dont doubt theyd be able to get into form and wash all the teams in this tourney

posted about a year ago

EDG literally won champs because of their individuals, its like you trace glazers are finally realizing just how fraudulent EDG are.
And yes I do think EDG are the worst first seed and if it wasnt for DRX id even say theyre BY FAR the worst first seed. Theyre extremely inconsistent with their fragging and thats why they fail to ever do anything at internationals past the trash teams

stop sniffing glue

posted about a year ago

you are out of your mind if you think Trace are looking good enough to beat sen and liquid.

posted about a year ago

all the games post BBL theyve looked amazing, idk how you could deduce that theyre streaky when there 0 evidence to prove so

posted about a year ago

tell me why, ill rebut every argument you have

posted about a year ago

weve literally seen both NRG and 100T play to enough of a level to say what they did at kickoff was an underperformance, idk if thats hard for you to grasp but i feel like its quite obviously apparent.
KRU clearly should be a team that can reach the peaks they did in kickoff but even counting last years roster that kind of a performance was unprecedented and they fell back to regular form against MIBR.
MIBR is just plainly bad, theyre carried hard by aspas and have almost no strategic depth whatsoever

posted about a year ago

I honestly think that as long as TL arent on a honeymoon rn, theyll easily beat EDG. EDG only look that impressive cause they rule over their region like kings. They also play a lot more confident and care free in their region which allows them to feed off momentum.

posted about a year ago

dude heretics literally autopiloted a BO5, you cant excuse that AT ALL. people hating on 100T for literally no reason

posted about a year ago
  • Doesnt matter, NRG vastly underperformed against said shit team who vastly overperformed against NRG

  • 100T vastly underperformed against NRG who were also underperforming against 100T tho not the same extent

  • MIBR is a HORRENDOUSLY bad team that get carried by individual hero plays and aspas being a demon that has impeccable aura

  • KRU just be shooting some days and not on other days

half this guys list is completely whack, dont pay it any attention hes clearly massively biased

posted about a year ago

sure man

posted about a year ago

yea exactly its just a come and go kind of thing, if those 75k were gonna be a major benefit to the scene theyd watch more than two failing rosters.
The only issue I see is the blatant lack of talent coming from Japan, they hold a massive market of viewers and we just have 0 representatives for it because all their teams are ass and there isnt any investment to gather all the best talent of the region. Talent scouting is also ATTROCIOUS

posted about a year ago

you clearly didnt watch EMEA, on a failing team he was literally the only guy keeping them afloat. He was easily the most impressive rookie of early 2024 and he could never show it off past the kickoff cause his team just crumbled around him.

Meteor by comparison was on a team that was completely dominating throughout the year, that will easily inflate his stats especially when majority of the competition during 2024 were vastly inferior to GenG especially the Pacific region where GenG could coast by and still qualify to masters and champs.

Regardless, youre vastly underrating narrate because hes on new roles on Sentinels who are in absolute shambles rn. You saw him holding up sentinels all by himself on Iso during the haven game, the kid has huge potential to be a world class player

posted about a year ago

flashback was off and on last year, your argument isnt too valid if were talking about the potential of those 2 players

posted about a year ago

flashback has been playing for a while already and with every new rookie that looks half way decent in the league gets hyped to kingdom come, i mean look at foxy9, primmie, tomazy, marteen, yuran, Jemkin, and there are probably a ton more flying over my head rn. They all get hyped to be the second coming of yay but they never are.
Dont get me wrong all these players are great and some of the best in their regions but the justification of "oh theyre young they have so much potential to grow" is an argument thats been used over and over again that has NEVER paned out in the way people expected them to

posted about a year ago

yea it doenst matter tho, narrate has a higher ceiling than meteor too it isnt exactly a crazy statement. Many other players also have higher ceilings than meteor

posted about a year ago

while you might not care in the short term, a lot of those viewers created massive revenue for the scene and kept it alive in order to reach where it is now. Tenz played a huge role in allowing valorant to get out of the pandemic era with a thriving esports scene and huge success globally. There are even pro players now that credit tenz as the reason they joined the league

posted about a year ago

and yet somehow the top players are absolutely dominant with their aim and completely shutdown lesser teams regardless of t he player quality

posted about a year ago

The CS playerbase has massively dropped ever since the release of valorant and CS2 didnt do anything to help the game other than the initial wave of players. Most CS league watchers dont actually play the game and CS has great production throughout its tournaments with great narratives due to years of being an esport.
Give Valorant more time, im sure it wont kill CS viewership but once the league matures and all teams are actually good in franchising itll bring back a lot of the brazilian viewers and possibly even be able to replace all the tenz stans that left the esport after his retirement

posted about a year ago

It doesnt really matter anyway though, the viewership will rise and drop through the years, we literally saw this during 2023 as well due to a massive wave of talent getting locked out of franchising.
Just go look at historical data for the early years of any successful esport and youll see that expecting it to rise each and every year is unrealistic

posted about a year ago

that is one of the dumbest statements ive heard yet out of a VLR user
Either way tho no flashbacks peak doesnt match narrates peak

posted about a year ago

bored, theres no valorant to watch

posted about a year ago

Even more Sen fan hate, the sen fan hate will never end

posted about a year ago

Narrate when hes doing good is far above flashback, the issue is we havent seen that from him yet on sentinels and thats an issue
