Vitality have FAAAR more firepower than EDG has ever had. EDG are great but theyre very form reliant and have only ever been exceptionally good during that Champs run and even then id argue it was mostly due to their opponents not being able to match in terms of form with them

I agree with everything but EDG, they dont look nearly good enough for them to be called favourites and for liquid to be called the upset team. Liquid played amazing on multiple maps with such an in depth strat book. I just think they arent very experienced in BO5s esp against good teams and so they werent able to keep up their form through the finals but that wont be an issue for their Bangkok run

On pearl if you pay more attention aspas keeps forcing OP over and over again and just isnt allowed to get any impact out of it by SEN. He gets one pick and SEN completely pivot off, or he gets droned and SEN dont even waste a single thought on him.
This is the kind of play youll see at the very top level and thats also the detriment of relying on a players star power, individuals can be countered against, it was the same thing that happened with FNC v Loud in Lockin tho they werent as effective at it

my point is that was the expected level of play for MIBR, they didnt deserve to lose any of those games, if anything Kru and Lev are not at a level yet where theyre good enough to not get knocked out by worse teams getting carried by star performance.

Its not about SENs potential, we get it theyre playing bad but the bigger worry isnt how high their peak is, the worry is how long will they be in this pitiful form? Frankly with this kind of form itll be extremely hard for them to beat MIBR to qualify for Bangkok and thats the biggest worry.

These 5 players easily could be the best team of the year considering how good the last team looked. If anything they should have a far higher ceiling than the last roster but so far its looking A LOT lower than last years roster

in terms of metas and how annoying they are i agree that marvel rivals gets the worst when it comes to top level play, but aside from that its really fun having such broken characters.
They definitely need to tune it more but Id much rather play Marvel than ow or Paladins

its pretty boring imo, its so unbelievably repetitive unless you have a sense for these games and can get to the top ranks super quick. Even then tho while there definitely is strategy similar to val in this game it just feels so repetitive, idk why.
There are 2 gamemodes and very few maps, playing different characters helps with the monotony but i couldnt get past 40 hours just like nearly everyone else on my friends list

He isnt exactly nervous about the match tho, its once hes in the game going against demons that hell start questioning whether he should peek or hold, whether he should spray or burst, whether he should play up close to the barriers or a little behind. Little things like that that you just cant ever know in the moment.
His issues arent in his aim, its common for a caller not to be able to focus on their own game ebcause theyre constnatly juggling so many things. His aim isnt NRGs problem, its the overcalling from the others, and the lack of people showing up when it matters. They were only that good in the off season cause everyone was fragging including FNS.

I love jawg and ik hes one of the best players in teh world but to say hes been doing well on this G2 roster or saying that G2 are guaranteed to be better after the jawg pickup is something no one currently can know. Saya was the only truly dominant duelist on this core and thats because hes actually just an insane player when he gets put into strict conditions

Youre completely ignoring their absolute fumble when they first joined the league. They couldnt even make it to the playoffs of the initial kickoffs and honestly i dont think there was much of an excuse for them considering the opponents they went up against.
I think if you measure it from the bounceback AFTER they had dropped net then overall it was a pretty good year but the year as a whole definitely was a disappointment in my eyes, you need to remember they dropped out of Shanghai due to the same thing as their last lan, inconsistency and not performing when it really mattered. It could be argued to be the same with champs and hell even the kickoffs where they had a terrible scoreline against MIBR and SEN

They ENDED top 5, my statement right there was the team right out of ascension shouldve EASILY been top 5 but they fumbled so hard. They LOST to MIBR of all teams and the only map they won against them was a 15-13

I think it was great that they got to where they did in shanghai but imo the competition wasnt even that strong that it was too impressive. Going into shanghai I think 3rd was pretty expected, maybe 5-6th if you werent that high on these players individually. In champs I feel like it was more understandable because they lost to great teams, it was just an absolute crumble the fashion in which they lost

Not one person thats ever credited SEN and DRX for their tejo use has ever credited the individual player but their entire team, the combos, and the plans that they had going into the match.
Like I said it isnt a free style agent, none of freeing trent or john qt freestyle the agent so saying theyre better tejos is either based on no evidence or based on their gameplan being better than G2s. In YOUR context it would only make sense that if anything Trent was the one that was just individually good on the agent and that SEN and DRX just have better Tejos because they have better gameplans around the agent
