Based on their scrims, I want to see a public match between Fennel and DFM so badly lol, I need Fennel to decimate DFM like they did in scrims just to send a message
What I'm trying to say is back to #2, assuming that other regions have harder qualification, what makes them able to qualify that when you can't even get orgs to choose you instead of imports anyways. You need to set achievable goals first imo.

Saying full Japanese roster doesn't work is like saying full Indonesian roster or full Thai roster hasn't worked well when that's just how it is, just a team that fails to reach anything. There are 111 Thai players fighting their way for 2 spots in split 2, so most teams are full Thai, of course full thai team is going to fail when 99% of the league are Thai players. This is normal. Besides, Fennel and Murash have shown that you can succeed as a full japanese roster.
That line of thinking is taking shortcuts which harms the scene imo, How do you expect the scene to grow when even the orgs themselves are taking shortcuts. They need to go through the process of developing their players ON THE FIELD, developing them in "academy teams" just won't do it.
Pretty high tbh, all depends on Zepher imo.

Imo, they don't even need to look outside to show you are ambitious enough, just improve and fill the import slots. There's many orgs who are still importing anyways. If Scarz finally drops their bullshit import rosters for full Japanese roster then I think the players are ambitious enough.

This is the problem of having way too many imports, you aren't getting anything from this. What exactly has imports done for dfm or even japan anyways? Aside from coaches, and looking at dfm ( scrims included) they can't even win anything. No, off seasons don't matter.
Zeta got clowned on for only committing to a japanese roster but out of every vcj orgs who attended international Masters they are the only one who can reach top 3.

2024 signing 2 sentinel players Hiroronn and Yuran and ended up with Laz as sentinels with 5 coaches.
2025 they got rid of 3 coaches and released both hiroronn and yuran. Added syouta when you have dep, and now he's playing subpar because of his role.
But they added 2 more coaches and we're back to 4 coaches. I love johnta and maybe he can work with carlao, but I think carlao overstayed his welcome lol.
