Imo The problem with hakuhodo DY and Nippon TV as TOs is this is not their priority, Rage specializes in online media especially livestreaming, while current TOs are TVs in general.
In other words, Rage will treat this like their once in their lifetime opportunity, while if current TOs messed up it won't be a problem for them. I think current vcj's TOs have a commitment issue.

He's 18, got good mechanics, and can speak Japanese, why hasn't he find a team yet, at least with someone of this caliber orgs would be looking for this guy right, hell, he could've just join a premier team and he will land in big orgs in no time. What is he doing rn? Does he even want to be pro in the first place? How likely will this guy return to Europe when it's over ( assuming that he migrated from Ukraine due to you-know-what and I think there's a huge chance he will) ? If he makes no effort in answering this, I don't think signing him into academy team will benefit anyone in the long term.
