There are still countless coaches who don't have a high rank or prior experience in CS/Esports and are good at coaching. The experience of being pro or having a high rank only serves as an advantage not a requirement for being a good coach.

So why is mini or mCe or Alecks such good coaches? And there are so many more coaches who have never had a high rank and are great coaches.
I mean say what you will about mimi, but rank doesn't dictate whether someone knows the game well or not, or else all the coaches wouldn't be coaches.
That’s not really how it works though. Having “good relations” doesn’t magically create esports-specific work visas. Tourist entry might be easier in LATAM, but that doesn’t help with running a months-long league where players are paid, on contracts, and working full-time in a foreign country.
Most of these countries don’t legally recognize esports as a profession, so there’s no defined visa path no athletic, business, or entertainment category that cleanly applies. So even if relations are good, the actual legal infrastructure just isn’t there. Riot would be gambling with players’ legal status every season which is a huge risk.
And even if Riot did try to go through the proper work visa process in places like Brazil, Chile, or Mexico, it would take longer than in the US(usually 6 to 12+ weeks, versus around 4 to 6 weeks) for a US. P-1 or B-1 visa when handled by experienced esports lawyers. On top of that LATAM systems tend to be more inconsistent towards Visa's from multiple different countries.
You are literally responding within seconds of any post, if thats not loser behavior I don't know what is
Basically, a tourist Visa is really easy to get in the LATAM countries, but they don't support Esports as an actual profession/sport so you can't get a athletic, business, or entertainment Visa which would be needed for VCT which takes place for most of the year. There are also a lot of legally grey areas in Esports and generally less infrastructure to support it. There are also a few other issues, but it take a couple paragraphs to explain so I will refrain from doing that.
No literally almost everyone thinks that it was a mickey mouse, the only people who don't are Team Hereshits fans and EMEA fans who want to act like they are the best region because they performed well in a Mickey Mouse.
EMEA got a mickey mouse one. Also they haven't won one from riot in almost 500 days which are the only trophies that really matter
Says the VLR user who is literally talking shit and could not back it up if he was in a 1v1 with okeanos
Now they just need to get rid of Asuna for sonofcar and 100T will actually make a lan
I think he's one of the best in EMEA for sure, but I think he needs more time before we call him top 5 because some players have 1 really great season and fall off.
Apparently he's having a little bit of comms issues with the team in the mid rounds, that's probably a big factor in his performance.
I don't think people realize that all the LATAM countries would have a lot more Visa issues than the United States does.
You think Termi would make a good use of his teams talents and let them play roles that make sense. If he did that he would have won a international by now.
What makes it funnier for me is that he has an ace this year and Asuna doesn't.
Don't forget Leaf/Zellsis
Also Zekken/Oxy when they play ranked seem like pretty good vibes
They probably sign a tier 2 talent, most likely from Cubert since the buyouts are so cheap and they won't be playing in Ascension or a player who played in tier 1 recently and got dropped.
Also might as well add ShahZaM to that list
Robbie not shooting okeanos’ body, and the refs are just standing there. Is there any need? what if okeanos was having a good day? Wouldn’t that make him even more happy? That’s too kind, I think riot should start handing out penalties for loser behaviour like this, here are my suggestions.
Strike 1: 250$ fine
Strike 2: 500$ and a public apology
Strike 3: 2 champs points deducted
You have to add in an IGL who is really disciplined and keeps the team from overheating to much. Maybe someone like Sacy, or maybe Sacy can be the coach and make the IGL someone else.
If Riot implemented this Zellsis, Boaster and Jamppi would be broke.
Also remember when Zellsis was fined because he pretended to give a BJ after a round, imagine if a player did that in todays Valorant, imagine all the people who would be upset at him for it.
He was fine its his first game in tier 1 and he's also young he'll learn and comeback better.
I think he means Less as the player not having less aim then nats
I saw someone say that the reason he didn't succeed in EMEA was because EMEA was too competitive, but the actual reason was because he was on m8's who even after getting rid of him still don't know what a Bo3 means and only show up for the first map.
RobbieBK
Scream
Who else is on it
This is like someone from NA claiming that because all of the skilled players from EMEA are white then NA just can't stop winning or vice versa.
I think he saw your comment
I don't think its confirmed by 100T
Recently or even over the last year he hasn't really been performing well, even on the util side of things he hasn't really been what he was in the past. Do you think Loud should/is going to let him go in the offseason.
They both look better than they did in Stage 1 in my opinion
Bro is still crashing out over NA being better than KRU and now that LEV and LOUD rosters look good KRU won't even be able to win their own group
I mean I think its a decent move, but the fact that 100T are willing to bench their IGL before they are willing to bench or drop Asuna is concerning.
Its the years of the chokers, they can make it if TH can win a GF and PRX can win a Masters
They got more rounds than wolves did again AG and that's a win in my book
Kru literally lost to EG two times last stage, that's another NA team they haven't shit on. Also it is 100% KRU's fault if they keep getting grouped in champs, its just an excuse if you think otherwise.
Cry about it, Latam still loses to these "Mediocre" NA teams. Also, KRU exist just to get grouped at champs they are the one's holding every other Americas team back.
I don't know if what Apeks has shown would qualify as hopeful or something to be happy about.
This is at least better than they would have done during kickoff or stage 1. Also this team is entirely new so at least wait for a couple of games before judging them too harshly.
Its not like we saw terrible first games from every other region too
I feel like demon1 would just be better, like babybay hasn't played tier 1 since like forever ago. This feels kind of troll from G2, but I guess they have already made champs so they can do what ever they want.
Pacific: Hyunmin
Americas: eeiu
EMEA: Lewn
China: FengF
Team I'd support no matter what: DRG
Players I love/want to see more:
vo0kashu
d4v41
I mean most people still remember Icy from his G2 days where teams always said he fried in scrims but then he almost always underperformed lon Lan. But this year he's been pretty good.
As for my underrated pick its either slowly or Knight
I mean VLR has two betting sites under almost every game so they are probably trustworthy, but I don't know, probably shouldn't bet on Valorant anyways
At least the Furia roster looks like it will be a bit better than before, they may not be great but they can only go up from kickoff and stage 1. Also 2G has promise with spike.
And at least its not like what the French fans have to deal with right now where only KC(even though they don't have a single French player) looks competent.
