Yeah and then they lost to Megastitut in French Open, which I thought for Vitality shouldn't have been much of a challenge. They do have their moments of brilliance, but are hella incosistent imo

I wouldn't rate Vitality so high, so far they've been very underwhelming as a team. Sure they are decent individuals, but they are just not cohesing with each other at all.
If I remember correctly some NA league of legends players around 2015 got involved into some sort of aderall scandal
on this day we all are DELUSIONAL_NUKKYE_FAN https://twitter.com/Tanizhq/status/1400142479953911811
can confirm, but that's because I'm one of DELUSIONAL_NUKKYE_FAN bandwagoners
tbf nukkye unfollowing lowel is a nothingburger as he had unfolled all of his ~20 follows since last friday, avova unfollowing lowel is more significant, yeah
unlucky really.
Honestly, some org should have given first strike nolpenki a chance, seems like these nolpenki players are having a varying degree of success within their respective teams, but seem to be the ones that are not the problem on those teams.
They are not "top" statistics(well maybe nukkye) or flashy plays wise, but it seems they went for teamwork/tactics focus approach. Previous G2 roster was all about aim/skill, but they practically had no IGL so they would get outstrategised, this roster is less aim/skill, more fundamentals/tactics.
damn dude, hitting immortal with a kid is hella impressive, respect. I'm about to be 25, but I stopped regularly playing video games at some point in uni. I tried getting into valorant, but I have a messed up personality where if I do something I get obsessed about it(currently career is more important that video games). Reached plat 2, but got a bit stuck and decided that it's not worth grinding video games as I used to in my teenage years, so right now instead of playing I just observe esports scenes. What Riot is doing with Valorant is definitely much better than Valve's approach to CS:GO
Alright, then you also agree that you would be okay with Sentinels not having played in Masters 2: Reykjavik
https://www.vlr.gg/event/371/champions-tour-north-america-stage-2-challengers-2/main-event
vs
https://www.vlr.gg/event/375/champions-tour-europe-stage-2-challengers-2
All EU related masters tournaments(including EMEA) and qualifiers had single bracket format(i.e. no loser's bracket), unlike NA which had double bracket format. Arguably, if EU had double bracket format, we might have seen a different team in Reykjavik instead of Liquid, whose run through EU qualifiers for EMEA do resemble a fluke.
yeah, sad for ex6tenz, this guy is a legend, but probably decade+ of professional play caught up with him
all you need is night lovell mens ))
guy calling cringe when he yesterday kept reviving dead old na>eu threads
yes, but also NiP, OG
kinda excited to see how the EU teams fare after this massive roster shuffle ngl, too bad the wait is until July tho :/
Main duelist: nukkye
controller: cender
Sentinel: feqew or hype, depending on drama status between personalities
initator: vakk
2nd duelist: krea6on
2nd support/fill: destrian
Where's the 1000+ day nofap streak at tho
tbh it's crazy that a single slice of bread can be around 100kcal. When you trynna cut on ~1800 kcalories a day, fitting slices of bread in is kinda difficult ngl
at this point I can't tell whether people like OP are baiting or not, seems kind of obsessive to keep spamming these daily reminder threads
ec1s is rumoured to join NiP

I'm not saying that he is definitely a worse IGL than soulcas, just saying that I am not entirely certain that he is that much better of an IGL than soulcas. You do have fair points regarding success at first strike and almost winning masters 1, but I really started doubting heretics after their masters 2 run. I get that they were at a significant disadvantage to prepare for masters 2 as it happened straight after masters 1, but the way they played during masters 2 was just abysmal and I am not sure whether I can fully attribute that to the lack of preparation time.
The biggest point is that by the time masters 2 came around and qualifiers for EMEA, heretics playstyle got easily figured out and there was not much of a difference behind the stuff they used to at first strike and masters 2. They did try to adopt a new playstyle for EMEA qualifiers but in the end they reverted to their known and proven playstyle(besides the addition of Astra) versus their game against G2 and they got easily read like a 10 page book. And at this point I'm conflicted whether it came down to IGLing, coaching or simply lack of preparation time. Heretics simply did not adapt properly to the Astra release.
on paper looks good, in practice I see issues with jamppi being a sentinel and doubtful that lowell is a better IGL than soulcas. + lowell is currently a one trick sage, his skye is unproven and he sucked a lot when he tried playing phoenix
Yeah and FPX had no chance to go for a rematch, because with that loss they simply got knocked out of the tournament completely. + in EU qualifiers for EMEA tournament Liquid knocked out BDS/opportunists in very close games too.
That's what I mean by lack of double bracket format, liquid only had to win once against those particular teams to go through all the way representing EMEA. Sentinels also wouldn't be here if it wasn't for loser's bracket in NA as they had lost to BBG in some NA qualifier.
https://twitter.com/LiquipediaVAL/status/1399091105677914120 it's for a card that you can equip as a banner
It's Riot's fault that they don't increase server capacity(because they are cheap-skates) as it was totally expected judging by the twitch broadcast numbers. The servers would have crashed regardless, doesn't matter if some percentage of people are using auto-refresher or not.
sentinels literally have the strongest fundamentals as a team, I don't think anybody is doubting that.
errr, they just 3-0d the best EMEA had to offer currently
damn, that's actually the most reasonable take I've seen in a while
g2 is as toxic as sentinels. It's all stupid marketing nowadays to generate twitter interactions and clicks, because that's how they get VC fund monies ))
this kind of cope is embarrassing, please don't create new threads
when is the new g2 roster announcement dropping doe ;ppp
This is the point where he either becomes a sick player like tenz after this failure or he falls into obscurity because this experience got to his head. TenZ's first lan in cs:go was also a choke and now look at him.

Time to finalize this roster shuffle and cu @ berlin
Hopefully Riot will finally enforce double bracket format in all EU closed qualifiers so that the truly best teams can represent EMEA region in future international LANs
Looks like he is not switching anytime soon then, cuz his team can't even win CIS RMR events lol
He is being downvoted because his take is trash. Liquid fluked through EU qualifiers as not a single EU qualifier had a double bracket format. Maybe 100T or Envy could beat Liquid, but there are multiple better teams than Liquid in EU too. Remember that Sentinels wouldn't even be here in this tournament to begin with had there not been a double bracket format in NA qualifiers.
