stage 1 elimination game EG vs G2
around 52:50
If yay doesn't dash forward with a shorty in that 4v2 then EG would've been match point and could've gone to Toronto instead of G2
These changes (except for Waylay) will have little to no impact on the meta
What the hell are you talking about? Most of these changes are for clarity and consistency. Literally nothing changes about Omen, Cypher, and Sova's viability.
And the devs have said multiple times that Harbor is getting a full rework, which is taking longer than expected. It's not just gonna drop in the same patch as quality of life updates.
No. They made the sound play only for allies for both agents
thank you hope PRX gets the back-to-back <3
Wait I actually got like half of these right
Hype asf
PRX doing their usual amount of trolling but they do feel dominant despite the scorelines
d4v41 masterclass on senti too
it was round 24 actually
who else would they have for each round...? they can't sub mf in mid-game
FNC is what G2 wishes they were
PRX 3-0 FNC
actually broken asf if you just bait for a gun and then force guardian/vandal the round after
Isn't it cuz there's a showmatch at the usual hour
malding about underdog runs with that flair is crazy
He was playing like shit for a long time before he activated in Toronto
solo init and lose g2s whole util heavy identity
this is part of the problem - they're so committed to this double initiator double controller shit that's kinda outdated, and they need to be more creative with it because rn it's just a worse version of the same shit every other team knows how to play against
notice how the top 3 teams at Toronto run the bare minimum Sova/Fade on most maps and usually go for a second duelist or sentinel when they want more util
They took a break before the SEN game so they had more time to prep against wolves lmfao
potter coach
nature igl/flex
zekken duelist
supa smokes
trent ini
leaf senti
it's okay buddy i know what it feels like to support chokers
prx winning makes the 2023 trophy even more valuable in hindsight
don't listen to these baiters. fnc had shit calling too
g2 went 13-33 in first engagements. they just don't have a good read on the maps/meta at the moment. they're still running breach, tejo, no senti, and solo duelist yoru without adequately setting themselves up. also they still play way too passively but fnc was even worse at that
TRUST loud and eg activate for champs
also 2026 will be latam's year with exl ascending and krü and lev rebuilding around new talent
this is not on any one player
g2's calling and comps are just not adequately countering the top teams right now. i mean their damn stinger rush thrifties are so much more inspired than their actual gun rounds
i don't think it's boring either but i do think it's valid to call out that this gameplay is detrimentally slow from both sides
how many rounds have been lost to time?
how many rounds have ended in saves?
how many rounds have ended in shitty plays because time is running out?
the viewers aren't the problem - there's a lot of bad gameplay and there's a reason these two teams are in the lower bracket
let's see a PRX WOL rematch in a Bo5 please
the obvious reason these two are in the lower bracket
being physically active does improve things like reaction time, focus, and mental clarity
all pro gamers should exercise regularly, though they obviously don't need to be jacked either
It's because teams are generally getting better at the game and making fewer obvious mistakes
It's the type of thing that will get punished more as the quality of play increases over time
patmen is the pro equivalent of that one in a thousand ranked player who fills, never tilts, supports the duelists, and cleans up after their overheat
In what way?
You do realize that, when playing against a team that makes very few easily punishable mistakes, it then becomes disadvantageous to play passively?
You know, like teams that G2 would have to beat to actually win a trophy?
except it's not ANYWHERE CLOSE TO PERFECT
istg some of y'all will watch a team stand around and do literally nothing but wait for a mistake, lose to time, and think it was better than taking any substantial risks
T1 the least fraudulent KR team is a crazy development
