I think G2's main problem was committing to the solo yoru in the first place. Double ini feels like it's getting outdated. The pace of fights is too quick to have two backline supports if the utility isn't absolutely perfect

Harbor walls need to dampen bullet damage. It should never be a disadvantage to scale with cascade and just get spammed by a phantom for free. Also it makes sense realistically.

And yeah high tide should be divorced from harbor's current position in some way, like an alt-fire to have it start from a remote position.

And for gods' sake let the ult pings show up on the mini map or just be more visible in general.
