I see what you’re saying and i agree the most part but 100t did get new management and this kind of thing happens. Things that were said before don’t apply under new management. That being said i would’ve expected hiko dropped first. While it sucks for the player i do think it’s a sign of how much 100t wants to win. Whether they do or not only time will tell.
You still gotta trial a player and they might be waiting to see how wardell meshes (though i can’t imagine they wouldn’t take him unless the chemistry was just terrible) as well as waiting to find the right fifth to go with wardell

And he’s clearly better mechanically than someone like zombs. I agree he’s not like “insane” but he’s definitely one of the top flex players NA. The guy can do it all imo

No one from any of those teams even if they don’t make lan is going to leave if they have the choice. It would be ridiculous to leave a team that’s already having success for a team that’s yet to see success. Maybe if 100t starts bustin heads yeah people will consider it but not for a while.

I agree with that for the most part but I still think Asuna had the potential to be the best flex in the game. He is already one of the best riflers in the game and in the right role I think he’d be insanely dominant in the scene.

However long ago it was, I can still take some satisfaction in the fact that 100t was the only na team to take down the top EU teams. Even though it’ll probably never happen again and it’s a completely different roster, at least they’ve had better recent success on the international stage than any other NA team🤷♂️
No it wouldn’t. Ethan can play smokes just fine and we know bang can play some killer sentinel/flex in his time on 100t and tsm. Stanni can of course play smokes or sentinels. Asuna on flex shaz on jett/chamber that’s a very decent agent/role per player. Ethan can literally play anything at all. I’m almost positive bang can pretty much do the same so it makes no sense to drop someone that can easily learn an agent when you know that person meshes with the team well.

Still haven’t won against teams that are much better than tsm. 100t still sucked but you said it yourself: “2 Weeks Later”. If you think a team should be that good after 2 weeks tsm should be top 5 na and yet they’re no where close. We’ll see if tsm go anywhere in the future. My guess is no seeing as the only “good” team they’ve beat in over a year has been a brand new 100t. Go watch some more valorant so you can see the difference between every team in vct and then your precious dogshit ass tsm who haven’t made it to a main event in over year and has never made it to a main event in vct history.
Yet the two teams that knocked tsm out of both qualifiers didn’t qualify either
100t playing 2 players who had been there for 2 days and a new igl who literally said they played like it was a pug vs team who had been together vs a team who had been together for months who were trying their absolute hardest

I 100% agree. With or without hiko I think 100t still had a chance to be a top contender in the future considering this is only their second week together. I don’t care about the loss I’m just disappointed with how many rounds are being thrown.
