Bruh the first part is true, but my god you don’t have to be good to rank up. I am a humble p3 and when I queue w my diamond friends the games are much easier than if I queue with my plat friends. Some people are just absolute dogshit and still rank up. Of course mostly cause of boosting but so many players are just brain dead.

Arguing for best player on a role is different than who plays the role best. Very different. And it kind of is who places the smokes best. Obviously that’s not all of it but when discussing who’s the best on role it’s a huge aspect. Before Marved came to full form, both Zombs and Nitr0 were arguably better controller players despite Marved being mechanically better. Now obviously Marved is way beyond either but at the time they played the role slightly better.

Teams playing bad doesn’t necessarily mean they were having an off day. Maybe they are just getting diffed. TSM has been playing against 100t since this roster formed so it makes sense that they have a better read on them, hopefully with time 100t will still be able to just outclass them. TSM go 1-4 in groups.
I think TSM is more solid than most people think, but yeah when you think about it they had been playing 100t’s new roster since the beginning so it makes sense for them to play best against them. 100T also played like dog water last week in general so if they show up tonight, hopefully it’ll at least be good games.

Honestly, most of the Tech schools over here are pretty dang solid for any type of engineering. Easier to get into, less money, while still having the status to get you good jobs out of school. The tech schools also often provide really good connections for internships which often turn into jobs out of college.

You’re right, 100T should have closed both map 2s but when you stop and consider how close these maps were and the lack of preparation 100t had, it points to 100t winning this series. I get that but the only issue is the industry standard for 60hz monitors is 16.6. It will be rare to find a 60hz monitor that exceeds the 16.6 time between frames. It would have to be a very low quality or old monitor. The biggest factor here that we both missed is the response time of the monitor. If it’s a low response time the number of in game frames will not effect the monitor too terribly much. If it’s a high response time that’s when ghosting happens.
No it doesn’t change in game fps but 60hz monitor doesn’t show any more than 60fps. You’re just clearly 10 years old if you can’t understand the difference. If your monitor is 60hz you will only see 60fps so it doesn’t matter what your in game is. I understand you can feel the difference. i haven’t played any game lower than 144hz in years so yeah of course I can feel the difference. TSM took a year and a half to find a roster that could compete. 100T took two months.
They have the highest chance of beating TSM and Ghost. Tbh if they’re on form and the map selections go their way, I think they CAN beat everyone, but we’ll see what happens.
