I think right now it's safe to say GE as an org has fumbled multiple opportunities to make it good in franchising.

In my opinion the one person no one is talking about who GE fumbled as well and the fans turned on, skrossi.
Now hear me out, I'm not saying he was good or better than texture or anything. But, the fact is he's shown at the Tier 1 level that he CAN have those match-winning performances. He had a big problem which was inconsistency. But did he not deserve time to solve it after all he had done for the org? (And especially because they decided to pick players who are worse shooters than him).

The bottom-line is, only 2 Indian players have shown that they can hang at the international level so far and one of them was dropped after 1 season for players whose performances have been worse than his so far.

At least the Indian fans should back their guy. As an Aussie, there's one thing I know about Indian fans. They will never really be happy. In cricket they literally have the best team and the best players in the world and they still get a lot of hate.
