both flyuh and Larrybanks have potential. I just think they aren't ready for the T1 scene yet. Kind of like bang when he was on TSM. Like bang, I think they need to grind in the T2 scene a little more. Flyuh is being kept so maybe his igling is that good.

I 100 percent agree with you. I do wish that JasonR apologized once he realized that Wardell wasn't comfortable with the joke instead of doubling down. That part was pretty weird.

No i'm not okay with racism. But let's say for example, one of my close indian friends jokingly asks if it's hard to see things because my eyes are so small. Then I say, well at least my breath doesn't smell like curry every day or some other shit (unfunny example that makes no sense, I know). Then we both laugh it off and go back to what we are doing. Does any of that seem like we are trying to be racist to each other? Friends can make sensitive jokes to each other, you know.

In this case, it's different. JasonL is on a livestream with thousands of people watching and Wardell clearly takes offense to his joke. So JasonR isn't close enough or didn't establish that boundary with Wardell before he made the joke. Therefore, JasonR is in the wrong. I know people on vlr might take what I"m saying the wrong way, but that's fine. I'll just let them continue thinking like that.

The joke is that asians are born with smaller eyes than average (search it up). if Wardell is comftorable with JasonR making jokes about that, there's nothing wrong. If Wardell is not comfortable with that, JasonR should apologize.

They have been friends for years. They can make jokes to each other. I am asian and I have friends that make "racist" jokes to me all the time and I laugh with them. No not really. Optic is usually a pretty balanced team (look at the first two maps for example) and the 3rd map is an extremely rare occurrence.
