I live about 250km north from Berlin in Germany and I wanna ask, is there gonna be allowed to watch the matches live, from the crowd? Or it is still to early to ask for this?

Might be early, from my knowledge there has not been any official news yet about about in person attendance

From what I’ve seen, there is a ticket website, and I will link it, but Riot has not confirmed whether or not in-person audience is happening or not. The venue they are using held several other esports events, including the StarLadder Major and LEC.
