Drop the na team and move to korea for franchising they missed out on buying vision strikers(now drx) so i think On Sla2ers is the best option atm if they want a competitive korean team.

are you 10iq ? why go Korea and play for only 1 spot and pretty much guranteed for DRX
why would you die in tier 2 NA valorant ? when you can instantly become tier 1 korean valorant team compete with DRX for that one spot ??? The korean valorant scene isn't that competitive. A lot of unsigned teams that are good.
The majority of their fans are in korea if they are not gonna qualify anyway in na with this team why not just put all of your resources into making On Sla2ers a better team to potentially compete with drx?
majority of their fans is league fans. They are not valorant fans. Most people supporting SEN here don't watch their halo tournament for example
