when rawkus was first brought into sentinels, he himself said that he was only there to add things to the current sentinels gameplan since "they already know how to win" instead of changing and fixing problems that they have. any other coach and/or analyst could help them fix their problems first, THEN they can change their gameplan and add stuff
Aside from not have a solid gameplan, what do you think their problem is then
literally look at any defensive round on their bind map against LG. they're just walking around not trying to help each other fight for map control or achieve anything. they don't have a set defensive setup to start with and they can't even flow to another one. they also only have a map and a half in their map pool, so that also needs fixing.

Adding defensive setups and expanding the map pool is included in adding to the Sentinels gameplan per your post

yes, that was before. rawkus was an assistant, not a coach.
now, hopefully, the team can work together and utilize him to take pressure off of the players and have a more structured playstyle

Shazam? he took the workload off of shaz as he had been doing all the coach/igl/prep work until then. Maybe that was the wrong word, but they literally signed him initially only to help shaz with handling the coach's duties.
that's not what an assistant means in this context... they signed him as a coach.
I wouldn't necessarily say that, but to me it sorta seems like there is a lot of neglect going on from the org's side.
Like even if they have to import or poach like this team has made Sentinels a shit load of money, and they sort of owe it to them to continue their success
