Does emea have open qual like na? If not what format are they using other than vrl?

the open quals are the vrl. the top teams of each region then fight with the last 2 of the emea challenger 1 (smb and BIG) and the top 2 winner then take the spot of smb and big (big and smb can retake their spot btw) and the top 10 of emea challenger 1 stay in the challenger. It's like a league :)
