Loud CEO said yesterday on stream that 100% of the tournament prize is going to the players.

I literally didn't saw this in any team on esports.
Anyone have seen something like this?

Champions skin money =/= prizepool
Prizepool usually goes fully to players

But that situation with X10 was totally fucked up, don't give any % of the skin money when those players were the reason you get in Champions is a trash decision

I won't even be surprised if the players only got 0.1% of the prizepool lmao

I've seen some people saying that f0rsaken salary comparing to NA and EU teams is like a peanut. They really are underpayed in APAC.

That's a different topic altogether but it makes sense since APAC orgs aren't as big and financed as NA/EU orgs.

no usually it is 60-40 split or other type of splits, in the orgs favour, as the org provides salaries and other need fulls

Some do, some don't, the ones that do, only take like 0%-10%, maybe 15%. Most orgs make their money from sponsors and merch. Ik that Optic and Faze don't since most of their money comes from merch and sponsors.

It makes sense. I think that it is just normal here because we have less sponsors.

Organisation don't take prize pools but the wins and trophies they earn increase their intrinsic value. When the org becomes popular and it is listed on the stock exchange, the value will become monetary and they will earn more money than prize pools could ever add up to.

Furia is the largest org in Brazil at the moment and the richest with sponsorships from Redbull and FTX, but it still takes a percentage of the awards to reinvest in the team itself with better equipment, improve the infrastructure of the CT and other things outside the game.
