What does "CIS" mean? I always see this being thrown around here but never understood it.
EMEA teams play in different qualifiers for ping mostly, EU qualifiers are western Europe, CIS is slavic speaking ukraine, russia and central asia like kazakhstan (and usually baltics allowed to play in CIS too because language), and then Turkey is just turkey
what language? no one under 30 speaks russian nowadays in Lithuania
maybe not lithuania, but estonia/latvian players play on russian speaking teams pretty often.
