Is he a good coach
Sean was arguably one of the best NA IGLs back when he played in the earlier days of CS, credited as more of a tactical mind than a fragger. His coaching experience in val is obviously unknown but if the hype around him lives up he could make a name for himself as a Tier 1 coach, still a lot to prove though

He's had a lukewarn run with LG and that's pretty much it
Its called having a good coach. Did everyone forget about the guard? It's not like its t1 where their coach is just some random dude thats probably never even played an fps.
Cracked is a huge overstatement:
Asuna on flex could be good but not as good as duelist
Will is amazing in T2 but how will he do in actual matches in VCT?
Bang is hella inconsistent and Jcstani easily cleared bang in terms of smokes (bang didn’t even play smokes on bBG)
Derrek is cracked
Stellar is ok mechanically and igling could be good but that Lg line up carried him when he was on that team tbh
Can't give you a counter argument coz I have no info about Will and Stellar
Asuna on Kayo is actually good (certainly better than having a Reyna)

And Bang had his moments on Astra, with practice he should be good
Stellar is a pretty cracked IGL. Always has decent numbers. I think the org felt like they needed a drastic change cause things were clearly not working. Plus who knows what goes on behind the scenes. It's entirely possible Ethan tried playing with them at first after the changes and just didn't enjoy the environment.
I don't like will on this roster tbh his rifle is better than his op which is not what 100t needs
Never watched Will play so can't comment
But an oper is exactly what 100T has needed ever since fckin Dicey left
