i think, if they qualify but can't go iceland then the next best team should fill their spot which might be guild.
but them playing now as a neutral indicates they have a chance right? i don't see the point of them playing this tournament otherwise
they are still russian and iceland has banned travel for russians into their country, i think.
this depends on iceland government i think. if they are not accepting their passports, then NO. they will be just like the APAC team who did not made it to masters 2 but still got the points imo. idk if what EMEA will do regarding this.
