as in studies? what happened though is there lack of payment in SEA orgs? even Xerxia?
This is why we need big orgs like secret to move to apac to support the minor regions
It seems like valorants popularity in apac is only increasing, hope things stabilize bc I love watching this guy
After Champion, a lot of large orgs started jumping into the scene. I would say the scene is in very good shape rn and could not be better than this.
I'm pretty sure it will be quite a while till that happens. Because Riot needs to make sure the game is approved in China first. They already made a mistake with Valorant PC.
What does the game getting approved in china have to do with the release of the mobile version? And what mistake did they already make? Lol
MOBILE Esport has a lot of things to do with China. I think we all know how massive China is. If only Riot gets that 0.001% out of China's population, the game will be surviving as long as they could maintain that number. Especially for Riot who already has a massive fanbase in China. However, to publish any kind of game in China, the game needs to go through governmental approval. This process could be a very long time, depending on the type of game (usually a year). (There are more of details but I kinda lazy rn)
These are the prize pool of Mobile Esport in China.

damn, that sucks.
especially when a large part of this could've been avoided if the skin profits were better distributed.
I like this guy he is underrated. His aim is amazing. On his good day this guy can carry the team.
