Unless he is playing with Less, Lukxo or Cortezia in the sentinel role, as well as with a proper IGL (no offence to Verno or Mazino, but they weren't up to scratch a lot of the time), Aspas will suffer even with good stats.

No his team will probably be good again because teams should still want to invest on him
He's one man. Let him have some help. Just need a reliable core of 3 who can dominate on any map. Then you need the reliable guy who can step up when needed (preferably initiator). And then you need a glue guy who will get a lot of the blame for lost rounds but can clutch very well
If a team can put he and Less together maybe, otherwise not a chance
