according to the GCD, daviH/bati are not imports on the LOUD roster (as they are listed as "residents") - do they actually have brazilian citizenship/heritage? is it just those two on an individual level, or is it just really easy for a portuguese person to get the residency? could be kinda interesting for potential roster moves
