Well the majority of the community was complaining about util around champs, its just that riot overreacted like they always do, and over nerfed the util.
no one was complaining after champs (best meta of all time) that all stopped after tejo got nuked months earlier
No people still complained a lot, just not on vlr, like twt still had complainers under basically every valo post and since riot looks at twt its their fault that we got a bad patch.

Personally, I think riot should have listened to him, but what I don't like about riot's decision making that either is too much or nothing, no in between. They should have tried by adjusting util cooldown period by 5 seconds but all of a sudden they decided to increase it by 20 seconds. Same goes for any agent's nerf, they don't bring that agent to average but completely nuke it
