They need to throw a bag at kozzy next year and a good EMEA igl. If they manage to renew contracts of hiro and ruxic they'll definitely be good(kozzy+hiro+ruxic)

they had way too much inexperience in leadership ange1 (who had multiple chances to have S tier HCs on AC with him fumbled) and chloric rookie igl + being imported to berlin apparently the worst most depressing place on planet earth

they also got baited by cyvoph honeymoon phase on FNC i think Exit was good for such a unlucky year + on the miniboo role(why is EU addicted to ts) that being said he also adds to the inexperience not leadership role at least

TLDR; dont pick up a rookie to coaching as HC or bare minimum set them up with HC on AC even if he did alright aside from roster moves and LOVING kolosha
