i agree with that, but i don't think demon is more important than kez, they both simply fulfill their roles, the problem arises when they don't, and I think that tends to happen more often with demon than with kez, and regarding the stats, I just meant for you to see how, even when Demon plays well, it’s not enough for them to win and vice versa. And obviously, i watch all the games, in fact, nightz has good stats, but he makes too many rookie mistakes, and that doesn't show up in the stats
The recent bout of (moderate) success for envy is from demon1 playing really well, matches like furia and sen where he just pulls rounds out of his ass on repeat. In this time, keznit's performance has improved a bit but not enough for me to say he's been playing well. In the few matches where keznit has played well, either demon1 played well too and they won, or demon1 didn't play well and they lost. That's more or less what I'm talking about
I like nightz, but I agree with you that he needs to develop more composure. Sometimes he's just flicking around everywhere like he's on adderall and just dies because he's not really watching anything
I’ll keep saying it, this definitely hasn't been kez best year, but he is undeniably important, he fills the duelist role perfectly, i don't think envy brief run was solely due to demon playing well, i think it came down to the team overall performance. im not saying kez is better than demon, im just saying that having both of them on the same team works really well, remember, this whole discussion started because you claimed kez wasn't important to the team, which simply isn't true
I really think that if keznit was replaced, the results wouldn't change. This isn't even necessarily his fault, hes like bottom 3 for the amount of setup he gets from his team.
I think I just don't rate him that highly, even when he was on kru and they randomly qualified to tournaments twice I always thought that he was kinda overrated.
I did word it kinda meanly though, I don't think he's unimportant but rather that in this team he's kinda replacable because he's not the star. You're right that demon1 works well with super aggressive duelists, thats how they won champs. But because of the position he's in, he doesn't really have as much impact.

like I don't think hes the best itw but you can't say hes overrated, hes been consistently top 3/4 duelists in NA even though he hasn't been on the best team or teams that most facilitated his entries yet hes always there.
saying that what kez did at kru wasn't a big deal when he was the best player throughout his entire time there suggests to me that you simply don't like kez. kru is literally the team that has qualified for Champs the most times in the americas, and I can assure you that kez was the main reason why

i don't disagree, but I do think even if he played well that day they lose, they just looked way worse than MIBR on Ascent and Split
today it was winnable for sure if only demon1 or rossy played a little bit better, also if they didnt throw so many rounds
