In an interview, Crws said Frost contacted him after he got cut from GE, Crws said that he didn't need frost but he thinks that the younger players would benefit from frost being there.
Being the main reason why Frost is coaching the FS core again after being successful w/o frost, Crws had to either take full responsibility with frost for the bad results or just retire completely and he chose the 2nd option.
