falcons will never be partnered because they're legit state-owned and won't disclose financials to riot
I dont think Riot will care about that. I thinm MENA will have a slot next year and only stable org from that region I know is Falcons
they blocked falcons from purchasing an LEC spot and stopped team ra'ad from playing at ascension because they had a government sponsor, unless they have a change of heart i doubt it
