Navi is most likely going to rebuild around Hiro/Ruxic, so if they are aware of this then they're not going anywhere.

yes but they probably arent getting a partner slot + hiro/ruxic aren't going to re-sign at an org that 1) isn't going to win anything and 2) can't afford to win the bidding war
