This is based on my understanding of the tiebreakers on Liquipedia. If anything is incorrect or missing please let me know and I will update. To my understanding there are no round differential tiebreakers possible at this point.

By my notes EG only gets third seed if they 2-0 NRG. If they win against FUR and NRG, and NRG loses to NV as well, then NRG, EG and the loser of LEV/MIBR are all tied for 2nd at 3 wins. Since NRG > LEV/MIBR > EG > NRG in this scenario, we go to map diff. LEV/MIBR both won 2-0 against EG and lost 1-2 to NRG. So, they are +1 in map diff. NRG went 2-1, so if they only lose 1-2 to EG they are +0 and EG are -1, so EG are still 4th seed. Thus EG needs to win 2-0 to secure 3rd seed.
