I’m sorry brother, it’s just the truth. 100T is just not that stable of an org, NRG being bought out just makes it more likely that they stay
I don't think 100T is unstable at all
If anything
100T fans are mostly fans of the culture around it and are more likely to stick with the team and buy their merch and eventually their bundles if the team does well which I can see happening now
Like all the big names are involved around it
People like Hemsworth come to promote their films etc
And I agree, there’s just very little leeway for “what if” when other orgs have already found success or are already investing more
FLY is a very stable organization who have deep roots in valorant now, and SEN/NRG are the same. i can see 100T taking G2’s place if they go to europe, but G2 is also a much more stable org with success in MULTIPLE titles. if G2 wanted to stay in NA, they’re getting the spot for sure
also, I think an NA partnership slot is 1) more valuable than an EMEA slot and 2) easier to obtain for G2
there are too many subregions to consider in europe to just hand out slots to the biggest orgs like they can in NA, we need french reps, CIS reps, turkish reps, mena reps....
it would be pretty irrational to return to EMEA unless it was just a cost cutting measure and they want to only operate out of the berlin office
Flyquest is likely to be picked so I think G2 are most likely gonna be out maybe G2 can be in emea?
I mean G2 aren't even partnered it makes sense to cut them lol
But like if they had to get a team onboard why tf isn't it G2 but FlyQuest cause G2 draws attention and gets memed on and tbh is better than most vct teams

M80 are skill wise good but they aren't big enough to be a guaranteed sustainable org monetary wise

Got large scale investors like the owner of cavs and drake etc
Consistently draw in numbers on social media
Merch actually sells a lot
Only rationale I can think of is them pulling out of LCS about a year ago which may or may not shake confidence on Riots side of whether 100T is staying in the non-good times (I can be talking out of butt here, I don’t see any reason why 100T should be cut when they do the things expected of them despite the community clowning on them sometimes).
