The reason Sen are guaranteed doesn't come down to whether they have tenz or not, its that they are heavily invested in the riot esports ecosystem(VCT, League, GC), they still bring in a lot of fans and viewers, they have the most VCT trophies in NA, and even at their worst they were still just mid rather than truly bad.
