I don't think management could really do anything here to help. Xavi and Patmen were in their heads and so was frost to a certain degree considering he semi checked out too due to their internal issues. Platoon could've also definitely helped settling the internal issues
the kick was the best thing that could've happened to frost this season, considering how he hasn't moved on fully from his thai boys. it just looked like a "drama" since frost never keeps his mouth shut
i mean that doesn't mean he was a bad coach. sure he didnt understand how to make good comps and made abysmal ones instead. but they also made london with the guy

No. He's doing well on FS and GE is playing RRQ rn. Frost made GE look the best they have in a while. They all just got in their heads. It was a little unfortunate
