Like sure you won today but I'm not convinced that triple duelist will win against any of the actually good teams. So unless this is like a one and done I really just don't see this working in the future. Also if you're going to play triple duelist why didn't you sign a better duelist than flicker?

Well if they signed flicker just to play waylay then Ray from onside gaming is better or if they want someone who plays more duelist then Kellan or wezzy or Gwangboong all are pretty easily better than flicker
Well Gwangboong alone had better stats in the same region as flicker. And then most of the other players I mentioned had better stats in Korea which is a harder tier 2 region so yeah I'd say all of them are better.

Japan split 2, Gwangboong had a higher rating than Flicker and if you care about it being in the Japan season finals then both Seoldam and SID are better than flicker, like bro there are so many better Korean duelist than flicker.

Scarz not making it out of qualifiers has nothing to do with whether or not Gwangboong is better than flicker or not though, he clearly put up better stats which is basically the easiest way to judge a duelist player.
Also like it or not Seoldam put up better stats than flicker and farmed more efficiently than him.

triple duelist can easily work in this meta
we are seeing a shift to neon phx chamber comps frequently nowadays after lev demonstrated how strong it was
if you just sub out the chamber for an equivalent duelist like jett, you effectively have a triple duelist comp
in the past we used to see a lot of double initator double controller no sentinel comps, and this effectively works on the same principle but with double duelist instead of double controller
now we are seeing a shift towards phx effectively picking up the flash initiator role in those comps, and having another duelist with strong defensive power like jett over a sentinel
