How exactly do play-ins work?
I know that tier 2 teams fight tier 2 teams that win against other tier 2 teams but how is who goes to fight those T2 teams decided?

that would mean
anyone with a green line goes to playoffs
anyone with a red line red goes to playins?

The t2 teams play against 5-6 ranking teams from both groups. And winner between them goes to play against 3-4 in playins
