Sure, teams will take it seriously to gather some champs points. But since many teams will have to make top 2 anyway, and no one gets eliminated, i feel like the stake isn’t as hyped as previous stage 2

Wdym ?? Every team willhave to play seriously to get that top 2 finish in group stage to get directly into playoffs. Why would any team want to go to playinns just to face T2 teams who theycmay/may not have scrimmed with ???? Why take a jump into uncertainty when you can prepare better and get to rest after getting top 2 in group stage ???
if you're a VARREL fan like me, the only reason to watch group stage is to see if we have improved at all

yeah there are gonna be less stakes, it'll literally be a seeding situation throughout the entire stage. you can argue that there will be benefits to certain seeds, especially the top 2 seeds, but there is no perceived notion of being pressured to be eliminated
really the play-ins is when the hype begins
it'll be the bottom of the batch t1 teams against the top t2 teams, and the top t2 teams have all the vods on the t1 teams while the T2 teams can hide all their strats on the patch that will be played then
