goal is to get back to diamond, first things first is to get to plat, and indicative of my current performance, it should be doable
also my mmr is starting to look good, starting to play with/against plats

i have done it once, i can do it again (V26 A1)

yeah, just slow progression after regaining my mental.
the game put me into silver3 on rank reset, a whole 7 ranks down, i ended A3 in diamond, so of course i was upset (and that for a LONG while)
