Well apparently Flor had an offer from a Chinese team but since Flor isn't on a Chinese team its likely Flor just doesn't want to play in tier 1 currently or doesn't want to leave NA.
even ignoring the sexual assault allegations, any player who just randomly leaves their team in the middle of the year would be a risk to any serious team.
