Neon - is fast
Omen - can teleport
Yoru - can teleport
Chamber - is rich
Raze - is fast with satchels but would eventually run out i imagine
Waylay - can bend time??? I still don't know how her Powers work
Astra - idk if lore accurate Astra could travel through her shadow dimension or whatever it is. Ifl she could slingshot herself with her gravity wells tho.
Gekko - could ride thresh
Killjoy - built interdimensional portals, idk how that helps in a race but it could.
