Hey Jessievash wasn't this bad, he just required a spot on the team no matter what, but he never outright kicked coaches, demoted them, or snaked them like patmen. This is some Aspas/Rossy level dictatorship right here.

GE needs to fire their manager because how has he allowed their only roster to make an international to fall apart internally

A good manager's job is to prevent situations like this from happening in the first place
He DID try to keep FrosT though and it was FrosT who left by his own choice because he wanted to go to Full Sense with crws
he did. frost noped tf out after being approached by management. egos of anyone be it player or coach cant be managed all the time. one way to manage is to cut them. and it seems cutting many players vs accepting frost resignation at this stage is an ez decision. i guess the manager did his work correctly unlike vlr "managers" here.
the main ego that had to be kept in check here was patmen's, you can't allow a player to have that strong of a voice on the team just because he is a masters winner. That is the root of the problem and as a manager you try your absolute best to stop that plague from spreading to the rest of your team.
